Charming City-Villa

The street, the building and the room were really lovely - much more charm than a modern hotel in the city centre. The bed was large and nice and firm, the heating was sufficient for such a large room and there was lots of space.

The breakfast wasn't great. It was included as part of a Booking.com genius deal but i wouldnt say it was worth 25€ per person. If i stayed here again i would go into the city for breakfast.

Very nice and unique

Beutiful house in one of the most beautiful streets of Antwerp. Very nice room with en suite bathroom. Breakfast is served at the groundfloor in a magnificent room with view on the garden.

An odd an distressing stay

When we returned to our room after our evening out someone was sleeping our bed. The door was left unlocked as we left at the same moment as the cleaner and another guest go confused about which room was hers. There was no help available by phone so my son had to find another room to rent by the train station. Our host blamed the guest. We were refunded for the room we did not use. The experience was distressing and we thought the host could have been more compassionate (and less defensive).

Prima verblijf voor een weekend

Locatie, vlak bij station Antwerpen-Berchem dus treinen, trams en bussen in de buurt en mooi huis in een prachtige straat. Rustige buurt maar restaurants etc. zijn op loopafstand.

Beddegoed. Eén smal 2-persoonsdekbed. En als je koffie en thee-faciliteiten aanbiedt op de kamer leg er dan ook wat fatsoenlijke theezakjes bij. Totaal contactloos verblijf, helemaal niemand gezien. Past naar mijn mening niet echt bij een boutique hotel.

Prachtige lokatie in Antwerpen

De architectuur, warme gevoel van interieur. Ruime badkamer. Bereikbaarheid, parkeergarage en openbaar vervoer dichtbij, heel fijn.

De lift en de trap is toch wel behelpen. Maar dat ging redelijk. Lichtje in de douche cel, waar zat de aanknop? Wat te doen bij brand op de 3e verdieping aan de voorkant? Blijven staan op het balkonnetjes?

Een pareltje , wij komen terug!

Om te beginnen toen ik aankwam zag ik een adembenemend mooi pand. De gastheer bezorgt alle duidelijke info op voorhand wat fijn is. Ook kan je er genieten van een heerlijk vers ontbijt met heerlijke koffie zoveel je maar wil.

Die Unterkunft haut einen vom Stuhl. Die Architektur ist bemerkenswert !

Das die Aufstriche des Frühstücks sehr sparsam waren und das man nicht länger als 3-4 Tage bleiben sollte , weil es keinen Zimmerservice gibt der das Bettzeug wechselt. Personal ist nur via booking oder whats app erreichbar. Niemand vor Ort

De kamer was heel erg koud, de verwarming stond niet aan en het was ijskoud op de kamer. Verwarming werd niet goed warm. Vloer was ook ijskoud. Pas tegen de ochtend was de kamer op temperatuur. En de vloer minder koud. Communicatie met eigenaar was niet prettig.

Eens en niet meer.

Het is een ruime kamer, en het bed is goed.

Er was geen douche. Er waren geen prullenbakken De lift deed het niet en we zaten op de 3e verdieping. Toen we aankwamen lag er geen sleutel in de kluis, en hebben we met buren moeten regelen om uiteindelijk binnen te kunnen komen na 1,5 uur in de kou te hebben gestaan. Hierna alleen een sorry kunnen krijgen.

Außergewöhnliche und reizvolle Unterkunft mit idealer Lage für Ausflüge in und um Antwerpen.

Die Unterkunft bietet ein tolles Ambiente in einem historischen Gebäude. Beim Frühstück im Wintergarten fühlt man sich in eine andere Epoche versetzt. Auch der Blick aus dem Fenster und die unmittelbare Umgebung verleiht dem ganzen einen einzigartigen Charme. Wir fanden auch die Inneneinrichtung sehr gelungen und abseits des Mainstreams.

Ein zusätzliches Handtuch und Handtuchhalter beim WC wäre wünschenswert.

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus. Ich bin begeistert. Durfte die gute Seele des Hauses kennenlernen, sehr freundlich! Schön aufgearbeitet und den Stil erhalten von den Besitzern. Super gelegen, ruhig. Einzigartig für mich. Öffentliche Garage in der Nähe. 28€ pro Tag. Mitten in der Altstadt.

Prachtige klassiek stadse omgeving om een goede en niet al te dure nacht door te brengen.

Ruime kamer en heerlijke eetkamer. Redelijk ontbijt. Mooie achtertuin. Badkamer prima. De verbinding en de wijk waar dit hotel in ligt is super. Een goede rustige nacht kan hier doorgebracht worden. Heel mooi klassiek pand is een klassieke buurt.

We misten een handdoek voor op de vloer van de badkamer. De kamer die wij gebruikten is wel een tikkeltje donker gekleurd door de gebruikte verf er waren zeker wel voldoende lichtpunten aanwezig.

Het contact verliep via de app, dit was vriendelijk en snel. We zaten op een fantastische kamer met een heerlijk bed. Boutique Cogels Osy, bevindt zich in een prachtige straat, vlakbij gezellige eet- en drinkgelegenheden.

Dat het veel te snel voorbij ging ;)

Super accomodatie, zeker als je op zoek bent naar een unieker verblijf!

Fijne accommodatie dicht aan het station. Prachtig, authentiek interieur. S’ochtends stond het ontbijt klaar, met veel keuze en kon je rustig op je gemak ontbijten. Zou dit zeker aanraden.

Prima, praktisch en comfortabel voor een nacht

Ik was op zoek naar 1 nacht in de buurt van Antwerpen tegen een redelijke prijs zonder ontbijt. Dit heb ik ook ervaren op deze plek. Voordeel was ook dat parkeergelegenheid in de buurt was.

Ik had geen problemen maar het feit dat het werkt via een sleutelkastje, het geen hotel is waar personeel rondloopt en er geen ontbijtbuffet is moet je aanstaan.

La ubicación y el edificio

La ropa de cama era súper vieja, con bolas y áspera. No pueden cobrar un precio tan caro y poner ropa de cama que no sea blanca y con mucho uso. Me fuí al hotel Radisson que está al lado, donde pagué un poco más y tuve una experiencia como esperaba. Al llegar tampoco hay nadie en la casa, la sensación de tener que llegar y recuperar la llave y encontrar la habitación al ser un edificio con puertas antiguas y una distribución peculiar hace que sea aun mas fría la llegada. No voy a pedir reembolso pero si me gustaría mejorarán estas cosas. Para una persona que viaja desde otro país existen ciertos "standards" que se deben cumplir.
