Location, Room and Restaurant

The location is perfect for my trip to reach AFAS dome for a concert, the room was big and clean and the restaurant and the bar were super good. The breakfast served in the restaurant is super for the price. The pool and the sauna help to relax so overall experience was great.

Could be amazing!

This is a tough one to write as had it not been for the rubbish aircon destroying any chance of a good sleep (see negative comments below...) I would rate this hotel as exceptional. The staff (apart from rather surly bartender I encountered on Wednesday afternoon...) are fantastic - professional, pleasant and polite. The breakfast is great, good selection and well-prepared. Dinner was also very good, very tasty and well-prepared with obvious care. The gym is perfectly adequate and is well-maintained (although why only 1 x 6kg barbell and no 7kg barbells from the 1- 10 kg selection? if they've been stolen /lost, could they not be replaced?) The pool and sauna are clean and pleasant (although no drinking water, see below!)

Room temperature The room was really warm to the point of being uncomfortable at night. The thermostat panel states it goes down to 18 degrees but the air certainly didn't feel chilled. The people on the table next to me at breakfast (three different rooms between them) all complained about the aircon too, so it wasn't just my room. I suspect the hotel has a centrally-controlled aircon system / room temperature with just the fan being room-adjustable to save costs. This is an increasing trend in mid-level hotels and will backfire - I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again because of it, which is a shame. Pillows The pillows are lumpy as well, not catastrophically so, but enough to be noticeable. Not as much of a sleep-killer as the stultifying room temperature though. No water in spa / sauna Please put a water fountain / water bottles where the sauna is! As a guest, once you realise there isn't any water there, your only option for a drink is to get dressed and go back upstairs to the water fountain in the gym (although see below...) or the bar area. Warm water in water fountain in the gym The water fountain in the gym is initially cold then after maybe three seconds of flow, weirdly, the water goes warm...drinking warm water during / after a workout isn't ideal...

Incredible Hotel Stay in Antwerp

The property finish was amazing. The Wine display and welcoming reception area was beautiful. The smell of the hotel collection smell was incredible. Above all the amazing reception team and duty manager who were incredible to us. We kindly asked for a room upgrade and they happily obliged. The reception team are very good, polite and friendly. To name the incredible customer service and front desk team who were amazing on our arrival and during our stay were: 1) Amisa 2) Romy 3) Imane

Excellent stay and great for visiting the city

Very well situated when travelling by car. Excellent parking. All staff were very good and helpful. Facilities were great and evening meal very good. Tram ride into Antwerp worked well

Great place for stopover.

The room is spacious with enormous window, that gives you a panoramic view. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Very large parking lot with plenty of chargers for EV. The resturant offers tasty food and is well priced. It is right next to the highway, which makes it good place for stopover.

Excellent hotel choice for Antwerp

Comfortable and well designed hotel very easy to access from the motorway, and a short tram ride from the city centre. Room spacious, bed comfortable, good shower. Superb breakfast buffet, free parking. Very pleased we chose to stay here.

Don’t bother staying there

Breakfast was great

The reason i have given such a low feedback is to do with their ridiculous system that sends you tons of emails and texts. I have been woke up at 1am by their text message. In total i got 5 messages at random times and many emails. Have rised that issue at reception but they didn’t care at all. Never give them your telephone number. Plus the hotel from outside looks like squat.
