However, the hotel is indeed quite close to the city center, about a 30-minute walk, and in a very good location next to the train station. We liked the breakfasts and the young man who was very kind and sociable with us. For Europe, I think the breakfasts are quite good, although they could have used a few more vegetables. Otherwise, coffee, juices, fruit, cold cuts, pastries, omelets, fried bacon, sausages...everything was very good.
I arrived at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2025. And in general, I really liked the hotel lobby from the very beginning; it was very cozy, calm, and quiet. There was a Christmas tree in the corner. A young man came out and said that they couldn't check us in until 3:00 p.m., as is customary, and that I could leave my luggage. I was with my daughter, and we said that we would wait then. Perhaps a new employee would arrive and he would be able to help us. The guy said that we would have to wait for another hour until the new employee with the new shift arrives, and we sat down in a chair. After some time, he finally said that he had found a room for us and that we could go up if we wanted. We thanked him and went to look at the room. We really liked the room. Everything matched the description, as stated in the information message on the Booking.com website. However, after some time, we discovered that the TV wasn't working, and the light bulb in the hallway wasn't working either. I went down to the reception to report this, and they offered to change my room. I took the keys, and my daughter and I went to look at another room. We didn't like it because the hallway was very small. We returned the keys and asked for a repairman to be called to fix the TV or antenna. The receptionist said he would try to help us and left a request. The next morning, we went to the reception again with the same question, and the girl at the reception was surprised that there was no request for repairs to the TV, antenna, or light bulb. She promised that a repairman would come on Monday at 9:00 a.m. and our problem would be solved. On Monday, the same situation...we realized there was no point in discussing it. However, it's a shame that the conditions and services I was supposed to receive from the hotel included a working TV. My daughter and I didn't get that in four days.

Easy to get around to visit the parts of Antwerp we wanted to visit. and generally friendly staff (check-in was the exception). Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The supermarket was just across the road, which was a huge bonus.
Our check-in process wasn't very good. They gave us a different room than what we had paid for (much smaller), and then said that if we'd used the room at all we wouldn't be able to swap it, which sounds like nonsense to me, especially as we'd paid for a larger room. They weren't particularly helpful and I had to push to get the room we paid for. Fortunately there were different staff on reception for the remainder of our stay who were much more knowledgeable and helpful.

Fashionable and cozy studio next to public transport. Well equipped kitchen and the TV allows you to connect your phone.
We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, probably left by the previous guests.

This aparthotel lives up to its classification. It's very close to the central station, within walking distance even if you're carrying luggage, and also near tram stops that will take you to the city centre. The building is modern and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Room climatisation was flawless, the temperature was ideal during our entire stay. The water temperature in the shower was good, too. The queen size bed was very comfortable and the room had extra pillows. Room darkness was good enough.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the one during whose shift we used the reception desk the most, Micheline. The breakfast is the usual continental buffet, spacious and well organised, and you can have a hearty meal without issues.
The rooms facing the street aren't completely soundproof - street noises will still reach you. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it doesn't matter much to me, and the street itself isn't particularly busy, but if you're a light sleeper, be sure to request a room facing away from the street. Also, the staff is very international (I saw many speak English among themselves) and maybe this causes some communication issues - make sure to ask for receipts of all your expenses while there, the moment they're made, including when you pay the city tax.

Nice, clean, well equiped room. Excellent location between the center and Zurenborg.
The sofabed style bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but will not stop me from booking again.

The hotel facilities and furnishing seem pretty new, perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff members were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast selections were not as generous as expected and the location of the hotel is still quite far from the nearest train station.

We chose the hotel because the room had two desks, and our intention was also to work during our trip. The room served this purpose well and it was also otherwise comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel was easy to reach by car.
On the first night, we engaged the room’s security lock and couldn't get it open the next morning. Eventually, the reception managed to unlock it from the outside after several hours of trying. We didn't use the security lock after that... Hopefully, the security locks have now been lubricated so that they can also be opened from the inside.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel – the breakfasts were amazing, with a great variety and quality. The people at the reception were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly appreciated their warm attitude.
However, I did experience an unfortunate situation in the kitchen of the apartment. While trying to reach a frying pan from a high cabinet (above my head), a glass container that I couldn’t see fell and broke. Thankfully, it didn’t fall on me, but it was a dangerous moment. I mentioned this at the reception, and they kindly listened and explained that it was likely due to a previous guest placing the glass dish inside the pan.
Still, I believe the hotel could consider organizing kitchenware in a safer and more accessible way, especially avoiding placing heavy or fragile items so high up. A small adjustment like this could make the otherwise lovely experience even better and safer for future guests.
Thank you again for a great stay!

I really like the location, it's very close to the train station. I love the fact that there is a fridge and kitchen in the room. The coffee machine is a bonus.
The Aircon was on but it was a cold day.

Location near to railway station and walking distance of city centre. Staff were very helpful.
Car parking limited. Had to park in public parking facility 500mts away. Lack of staff on the evening meant one member covering reception, restaurant and bar. As a result pizza ordered took 3 attempts before it was cooked properly. First one burnt, second one still frozen in the middle, third one ok. Breakfast menu did not include alternative milk eg soya or oat.

The property was close to the train station and city center. Easily accessible by public transportation and in good walking distance. Nice kitchen in the room. Clean facilities. Very quiet.
Had to ask for certain utensils for the kitchen. There was no spatula or wooden spoons in the room. Kind of frustrating when we were cooking in the kitchen inside the room. We got the things from reception, but had to return it after using since it belonged to the main hotel kitchen. One of the pans didn’t really heat up well and didn’t seem like it was fit for the burner.

The room was in excellent condition. All appliances working, and all top brands. Very nice beds. A couple of tables to work including a big Samsung LED screen. Hairdryer, iron with ironing table (not that I used them but they're available!). Samsung air conditioner. The kitchen is top notch with Siemens equipment: fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, air extractor. It also includes a water heater and coffee machine. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, bowls, pans, etc. The bathroom is of good size and very good quality. All you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is clean, good quality, solid, and well-maintained. The coffee machine in the breakfast room is excellent. The breakfast room has an excellent view of the Plantin en Moretuslei avenue.
Nothing strongly dislikable at this hotel. The breakfast could be a little more diverse as it is charged separately (€15), although everything served was good quality. The Laundry Room managed through the We Wash app could be more affordable (€5 to wash, €5 to dry). I paid 1,25 dollars for each in the US, a few years back. The room service is once a week, but great if it drives costs and prices down.

- Had all the facilities you needed in the room
- Shared washing machine / dryer room in the attached building next door (5 EUR for each wash/dry) was very convenient. You have to install and use the WeWash app with card payment i.e. cannot use cash.
- Really nice view from my high floor overlooking the city to the south.
- Only 10mins walk from the central station.
- Across the road from a Delhaize supermarket and a Kruidvat, plus near to lots of other little shops.
- Very quiet during my stay.
- Underground car parking if you need it.
- Staff was generally friendly.
- Was very good value for the time of my stay.
- The room was not so big.
- The bed folded down from the wall over the couch. It was simpler just to keep it down and so I could not use the couch.
- The TV had a lot of international channels, but for some reason did not have the local Belgian TV channels (VRT, VTM, RTBF networks) which I thought was a bit strange.

Everything was amazing about this hotel. Home away from home. Full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, toiletries were high quality. Hotel newly renovated. Heat and air was excellent. View was beautiful. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Uber pulls up in front of the hotel. Snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby.
Everything about it was wonderful.

The rooms are equipped with kitchen, so this is a good place to stay for a longer period, if one wants to prepare meals. Huge bed, very calm room. Location is not bad, in a walking distance from the railway station. Several shops with food around.
Stains on the desk from the previous gusets' tea!

We should have paid only city tax and we been tricked to pay deposit. This is unfair and unprofessional

Very clean, nice and modern equipment, 24 hours reception, it was possible to accomodate our request for late check-out for 25 EUR, large and safe bicyle storage room, nice views out of room
Terrible smell of sewer when entering the room (nr. 703), not possible to open balcony door (why do they even have balconies?)

Great location, not far from the train and metro station and over the road from a supermarket. We found a lovely square full of bars and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away too.
