A stylish hotel with great food, service, and views, with room for a few practical improvements.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The interior design was modern and beautiful, and the restaurant on-site was especially elegant and thoughtfully decorated. Both the cocktails and the food were incredible, and the service at the restaurant truly stood out — the staff were attentive, professional, and very friendly. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the view from our room was fantastic, offering a really beautiful cityscape. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The room did not have a proper closet — only a few open hangers and shelves — which meant we had to live out of our suitcases for the entire stay, and that wasn’t very convenient. There was also no fridge or minibar in the room, just a coffee machine. Additionally, housekeeping tended to clean the rooms quite late in the afternoon rather than in the morning, which was a bit unusual compared to what we’re used to. The gym was also very poorly equipped. While we had seen this mentioned in other reviews and somewhat expected it, it was still disappointing. There is only one treadmill and one bench, making it extremely difficult to get a proper workout, especially when multiple guests are using the gym at the same time — which happened often. This is an area where the hotel should really invest in improvements.

Nice place for a night in Antwerp

The hotel is located at a reasonable distance from the train station. The room was nice and clean. I liked the interior design of the hotel and I appreciated that the room was ready earlier than expected.

The main downside was that I could hear guests in neighboring rooms loud and clear. Aside from that, the gym facilities were basic compared to the way they are advertised on Booking.com

Horrible, terrible customer service

Nothing special

We were subjected to an absurd situation where very rude strangers were banging at room doors in the middle ofthenight, screaming, shouting "fire" and scaring the hello out of guests. The rooms do not have a house phone. The hotel took forever to take action. Unacceptable. Totally unacceptable. No explanation. No apologies. Nothing. Never again

Clean, functional , good value, nice staff

There was a Saturday party that was confusing; one security person said it was open to hotel guests, and to get free drinks tokens to join, but it was actually a private party and hotel guests had to enjoy their free drinks in a cornered off area guarded by a security guard. Not such a big deal but strange. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty and took 2 days to resolve.

The comfort of the rooms, beds are amazing, very clean and comfy. The decor is nice, funky and artsy. The vibe is good, friendly staff and great offering

Hôtel propre et confortable, mais proposition de parking et petit déjeuner à REVOIR !

La chambre était confortable ainsi que la literie. Les parties communes de l'hôtel, salon, salle de restauration étaient propres, confortables et chaleureuses.

Malheureusement le petit déjeuner décevant, n'était pas à la hauteur d'un tel établissement. Viennoiserie rassies, pas de visibilité des mets proposés cachés sous des serviettes, jus de fruits, eau au niveau du bar pas visibles, pas de fromages, pas de lait/chocolat... Parking annoncé et soit disant réservé aux premiers arrivés... ! Or, nous nous sommes présentés à 15h précises à la réception pour être parmi les premiers et malheureusement aucune place de parking disponible. Pas de place(s) non plus dans la rue où se situe l'hôtel, le soir en rentrant d'avoir visité le centre ville... Pas d'aide pour trouver une place disponible à proximité hormis deux adresses de parking que le GPS français ne trouve pas toujours... Pas d'aide pour les bornes de paiement dans la rue... Pas de plan papier, du secteur pour nous aider à nous repérer facilement la nuit, après s'être garé... A l'accueil de l'hôtel, difficultés à parler français, même si la jeune fille présente était très agréable.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het hotel. De kamer was nieuw en proper, en het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt iets buiten het centrum, maar is zeer vlot bereikbaar. De buurt achter het hotel is gezellig, proper en aangenaam, met leuke restaurantjes.

De borg is nogal hoog voor 1 nacht, wat overkomt of er niet veel vertrouwen is in de hotelgast.

Hele mooie en schone kamers. Veel geluidsoverlast en zeer matig ontbijt

Kamers zijn mooi en schoon. We hadden kamers op de eerste etage. Vrijdagavond is er een DJ in het restaurant en dat geeft veel geluidsoverlast. Zeker tot 23.30 uur is het een herrie. Ook afzuiginstallatie staat op dak van begane grond. Dat zorgt voor veel etensgeuren. Je kan echt geen raam openzetten.

Ontbijt van de kaart is beschamend; een half toastje met 1 ei gebakken voor 11€. Of een bordje yoghurt met 5 gram granola en een 1/2 walnoot kan je echt niet serveren. Ga lekker ergens anders ontbijten. Lounge muziek staat ook veel te luid

Erg gehorig, er was een feestje in de lobby tot 01.00 uur s'nachts en de familiekamers lagen op de 1e verdieping. Erg gehorig, je hoorde letterlijk wat ze op de kamer naast ons zeiden. Ook dichtslaan van deuren etc. Wij waren met 2 kleine kids, dus niet ideaal als je 's ochtends alweer op tijd op bent.

Sono venuto in questa struttura per passare il fine settimana del mio compleanno con alcuni amici ad Anversa. L'accoglienza è stata davvero ottima da parte dello staff. Entrato nella stanza ho trovato pure un biglietto di auguri per il mio compleanno, ben apprezzato. Per il resto le camere erano ottime: pulite e dotate di tutti i confort, in particolare i letti erano comodissimi. Hotel più che consigliato

Slechte parking, gehorig, kapot deur en gehoor van personeel

De ligging vond ik niet ideaal als je met de auto komt en parking met koffers. Ik raad de mensen aan om eerst je koffers af te geven bij het hotel. Een parkeerplaats vinden is heel lastig in de omgeving denk daarom goed na bij het boeken.
