Lovely apartment

The location was excellent - we arrived by train and it was a short tram ride to reach the apartment. There were shops and bars nearby. We had excellent communication with the host and we were welcomed in person by Nancy who was really helpful. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment to others. We hope to come and stay again.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage mit speziellen Randbedingungen

Eine wunderbare Wohnung! Der Wohnbereich und die Küche sind äußerst großzügig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es sind hohe Räume und es ist lichtdurchflutet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und nichts fehlt. Für den Kaminofen gibt es auch Holz, so dass man es sich im Winter nochmal besonders gemütlich machen kann. Die Lage in einem ruhigen schönen Viertel in Fußentfernung zum Zentrum ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Einchecken ist einfach und der Kontakt freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr empfehlenswertes Quartier!

Die Bedienung der Heizung erfolgt nur durch die Vermieterin als Fernbedienung. Tagsüber ist das schon ok. Wenn man jedoch in der Nacht etwas ändern möchte schreibe ich ungern mitten in der Nacht eine Nachricht an die Vermieterin. Das einzige Badezimmer hat gläserne Wände zu einem der Schlafzimmer (WC ist separat). Wir finden das als Paar ganz schön. Bei Nutzung der Wohnung von zwei "nur" befreundeten Paaren mit Wunsch nach Privatsphäre im Bad muss man sich daher zu Badnutzungszeiten abstimmen. Könnte man in der Wohnungsbeschreibung eindeutiger darauf hinweisen (Auf den Fotos kann man es ahnen). Es gibt keine Schlüssel zur Wohnung zum Verschließen der Türen zum Hausflur bzw. Treppenhaus. Da fühlt sich gerade nachts nicht jeder wohl und eine unbekannte Person im Schlafzimmer war doch etwas überraschend für uns - auch wenn sie sehr sehr freundlich war und sich direkt von Herzen entschuldigt hat. Ein einfacher Riegel von innen wäre doch schön. Vielleicht aber auch ganz gut, dass die Beschreibung bei Booking etwas unvollständig war, denn so hatten wir wunderbare Tage in einer wunderbaren Wohnung.

房间布置的很温馨，生活气息浓郁；洗衣、烘干、做饭、洗碗用品齐全（只是洗衣液剩余很少）；房东还准备了瓶装水；周边出行和购买日用品也比较方便。

两间卧室位于半地下，阴暗，采光条件不好。最主要的是临街的那一间很吵，行人和汽车的声音对睡眠是很大的干扰。临街的卧室有两扇很小的窗户，可窗帘却无法完全把玻璃遮住，边缘经常投入汽车的灯光，有一扇窗台下方还有未清扫的蜘蛛网。

Perfecte lokatie voor uw bezoek aan Antwerpen!

Prachtig karaktervol huis met een persoonlijke touch op een perfecte lokatie om Antwerpen te verkennen. Contact met de vriendelijke verhuurster verliep vlekkeloos. Fijne bedden en aangrenzend ruime badkamer met regendouche en bad. Slaapkamers bevinden zich in de souterrain: dus ondanks de hitte buiten, relatief koel. Overal is ruimte wat een comfortabel gevoel geeft. Leuke tuin erbij waar je ook fijn kunt zitten. Stille rustige omgeving. Goede bakker tegenover. Supermarkt op loopafstand. En zoals gezegd de sinjorenstad ligt aan uw voeten. Top!

Heerlijke oase midden in de stad

Het huiskamer gevoel en de ruimte Heerlijk koel geslapen in het souterrain met luxe badkamer ensuite Muggenstekker aanbevolen als je met open deur wil slapen

geluidsoverlast van buren dit was gelukkig niet tot diep in de nacht maar met name de ogenschijnlijk dove buurman was verslaafd aan zijn TV en had daarbij ramen en deuren open. Ook wat meer baldadig volk op zaterdagavond in paar tuinen verderop . Maar goed je zit in de stad dus ..

Très bel immeuble, Décoration magnifique de l’appartement et atmosphère chaleureuse, un appartement vraiment habitée pleins de livres, une terasse et un jardin agréable, et le quartier est super, proche de tout, vivant , et authentique.

Au delà de mes attentes !

L'appartement est tout simplement magnifique. C 'est un appartement bourgeois, d' époque, avec de hauts plafonds en moulure, on s'y sent instantanément bien, c'est très chaleureux, et décoré avec goût. Il est non seulement cosy mais spacieux.Les pièces sont distribuées sur deux niveaux, pièces de vie en RDC avec au -1, 2 grandes chambres et une salle de bain ouverte sur un jardin par de grandes baies vitrées. L' ensemble fait environ 130 à 150 M2. Vous êtes à 5 ou 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, notre dame et autre hôtel de ville etc....Hilde, la propriété, est au petit soin, vous apprécierez le savoir vivre flamand, là où les gens ont la culture du respect de l' autre, de la confiance mutuelle avec le sourire.

Moins facile de se garer, sauf si comme nous vous êtes béni des dieux, et qu'une place se libère à votre arrivée sur la dizaine de place de stationnement gratuites que présente la rue attenante au logement

Schöne Altbauwohnung in zentraler Lage und doch ruhig

Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme. Altbau mit hohen Decken, Stuck und Dielenboden. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit dabei, er liebte den kleinen Garten mit Rasen. Hilde (Eigentümerin der Wohnung/Haus) hatte uns einige Tage vor der Anreise mitgeteilt, dass der Stellplatz für unser Auto nicht zur Verfügung steht. Sie hat sich aber um eine kostenlose Alternative gekümmert. Hat alles Super geklappt und war für uns immer erreichbar auch wenn Sie sich gerade im Ausland aufhielt. An dieser Stelle ein ❤️liches Dankeschön auch an Nancy. Sie hat uns empfangen und uns durch die Wohnung geführt, wie auch verabschiedet. Desweiteren war der Kühlschrank (Butter, Milch, Orangensaft, Wasser,...) gefüllt. Wir mussten ausser der TouristenTax nichts extra bezahlen. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bäckerei und das eine oder andere Restaurant/Bar, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt am Eck (Wenn man aus der Haustüre kommt, gleich rechts ein paar Meter).

Das Schlafzimmer und Bad erreicht man nur über eine schmale und relative steile Steintreppe nach unten. Es befindet sich aber oben eine zusätzliche Toilette.
