Cool, comfortable, clean and calm

Loved the fact that the appartment was so central and made walking to everywhere easy, great facilities, choice of teas, coffee machine, new tea towels all sparking clean! All info that we could need to navigate the city, and Calvin close at hand to answer any questions Clean and comfy bed and a great Spotify playlist to boot

Clean, neat and well decorated.

This is completely personal, and we could have expected it since we were staying in a crowded part of the city; it was a bit noisy outside.

Felt like home, had to do the maintenance myself

The heating of the apartment was off. At night it got up to 23 degrees, in the morning it was 15. Second day we did not have any hot water or heating. Had to find and reset the central heating. After showering the steam would cause the smoke alarm in the building to go off. Happened twice during our stay. Maybe because the bathroom doesn't have a door. That also means any toilet visits can be heard. There is no couch, just two wooden chairs. Overall this stay was uncomfortable, not relaxing and thus way overpriced. I contacted the A Place contactperson every time something was wrong but they were not very responsive. They replied they would look into it, which of course did not happened during our stay.

Recommendation!

Very centrally located old building, great new interior, very well thought out, modern bathroom and lighting system, huge windows (great view but very hot in the sunshine - there's a fan) with the biggest blackout curtains I've ever seen. Everything you need is there: cozy bathrobe, care products, coffee, tea, wine for an extra charge, mini snacks, everything high quality, stylish and yet cozy.

The only downside is that it can be noisy in the evening and in the morning (street cleaning, suppliers). It didn't bother us. Overall, a clear recommendation from us! Thank you

Perfect cosy room on the best location!

Location of the property could’t be more central and close to all the best sightseeings of Antwerp. The wooden elements create a really cosy vibe in the room and the facilities are all truly amazing. All the details have been tought through, we really enjoyed staying here and will be back for sure. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis in het historische hart van Antwerpen

Toplocatie. Super centraal doch verrassend rustig. Stijlvol gerenoveerde kamer. Heel fijn met waterkoker, heerlijke theezakjes en voor in de ochtend lekkere koffie.

Televisie kregen we niet onmiddellijk uit. Wellicht ook eerder gedateerd in tijden van gsm, onnodig in een slaapkamer, en stijlvol vind ik dat persoonlijk niet.

Heerlijk verblijf op toplocatie in de stad!

De locatie midden in het centrum is fantastisch en het pand zelf is ook prachtig. Zoveel historie en tegelijkertijd van alle gemak en moderne snufjes voorzien. Fijn bed, lift naar de kamer als alternatief voor de super toffe maar krappe trap, prettig keukentje, briljant uitzicht, bluetooth speaker voor muziek, moderne badkamer. Perfect! We komen graag nog eens terug!

De vuilniswagen ‘s nachts om 2:30 uur was wel een minpuntje en het bevoorraden van de horeca vanaf 5:00 uur. Maar ja, dit hoort ook bij slapen in het centrum! Een deur voor het toilet in de badkamer hadden wij fijn gevonden.

Fantastisch verblijf midden in het historische centrum

Een heerlijk verblijf met een perfecte ligging midden in het historische centrum, een ruime woonkamer/keuken en comfortabele badkamer en bed! Contact met de verhuurder ook erg snel en fijn.

Houd rekening met rumoer/drukte van buiten, vooral 's nachts. Gelukkig heeft de verhuurder hier aan gedacht door ons van oordoppen te voorzien.

Een heel fijn weekend gehad.

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad bij A Stay. De locatie was super, midden op de grote markt en tijdens de kerstmarkt is dit top. We zijn goed ontvangen en de instructies waren helder. Het appartement ziet er verzorgd en schoon uit en er lag een boekje met activiteiten en restaurants in Antwerpen die ons ook goed geholpen heeft. Al met al reden we deze accommodatie zeker aan!

Eigenlijk uitstekend. Vanwege de locatie in het bruisende deel van de binnenstad, best veel geluid vanaf de straat, maar op een zaterdag is dat te verwachten. Alsnog heerlijk geslapen.

Oda mükemmel dizayn edilmiş, mutfakda kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcısı var, banyo wc mükemmel, ( wc’nin kapısı yok, ama seperatörle ayrılmış) konumu mükemmel. Tam merkezde,

ana sorun iletişim. Oda sahibi konaklama günü bize bir mesaj yolladı, ancak devamında iletişim kurmadı. Genel olarak telefonlarına bakmıyor. Giriş ve bavullar için destek istedik, sadece kapı şifresini söylemek yerine bize önce online checkin yapmamız için mesaj göndereceğini o mesaj sonrasında şifreyi alacağımızı söyledi. Bu işlem 1 saatten fazla sürdü. O soğukta kapıda bekletti bizi. Sonra biraz zorlamayla şifreyi telefonda söyledi. Hem değerli zamanımızdan 1,5 saat çaldı hem de çok üşüdük. Odaya girdiğimizde oda çok soğuk değildi, ama sonra birden soğudu. Aradık ama ne telefona ne de whatsupa cevap vermedi tam başka bir otel aramaya başlamışken nihayet dönüş yaptı. Arızayı gidermemize yardımcı oldu. Bize şarap ikram etmek istedi. Kabul etmedik çünkü arıza herkez için olabilecek bir durum. Bunun için bir malşyet üstlenmesine gerek yoktu. Sonra sabah 5,04 de whatsuptan gelen bir mesaj ile bizi uyandırdı. Kısaca ‘Saat 11:00 de odayı terket’ mesajı. Sabah 5 de böyle bir mesajla uyandırıldım. Bunu kabul edemem işte. Bu oda kimin bilemiyorum, gerçekten çok iyi iş çıkarmış. Ancak bu kadar kötü bir iletişimle pek bir değeri kalmıyor. O telefonun ve e-postanın başına daha az yoğun olan birini koymalısınız. Oda ve olanaklar, 5 iletişim maalesef 3.

Super mooie suite op een prachtige plek!

Het complete plaatje. Het appartement is prachtig en op en top verzorgd. Van de lift die in je kamer stopt tot het licht wat automatisch aangaat als je de badkamer inloopt. Het uitzicht op de kerk en een heerlijk bed, alles was super voor elkaar!

Het is best wel gehorig, dus je hoort van alles wat er op straat gebeurd.

Het was heel schoon, heerlijk bed en alles rook lekker. De hele ruimte tot aan de handdoeken. Hele lekkere douchegel en handzeep etc. Contact met de host was heel fijn en is heel vriendelijk! Het inchecken gaat ook heel soepel en georganiseerd. Voelde me gelijk fijn toen ik binnenstapte!

Ik was er in het weekend en dan kan je natuurlijk uitgaansdrukte verwachten, maar dat is natuurlijk logisch vanwege de locatie! Maar het uitzicht alles was echt top!

Fantastisch

We hebben zo ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. De hele sfeer van de ruimte, zo ontzettend schoon, de lift die in je kamer uitkomt, zalige badjassen, een erg goed bed, heerlijke koffie, de ligging ontzettend gezellig bij veel horeca, het uitzicht op de kathedraal. Alles klopte. Perfect onderhouden. Echt geweldig, een aanrader dus.

Aangenaam en stijlvol verblijf, voorzien van alle comfort, maar bereid je voor op het nodige lawaai.

Zeer stijlvol ingericht, netjes onderhouden, voorzien van alle comfort. Op wandelafstand van musea en andere interessante plekken in de stad. Communicatie met de host is goed.

De locatie komt met het nodige straatlawaai, maar ook in de accommodatie viel het tijdens mijn verblijf eerder tegen (boren, verhuizen meubelen?, ook storende piep op de benedenverdieping die je hoort tot op de kamer op het eerste verdiep en helaas brandalarm door gast op de derde verdieping, al kan de host daar weinig aan doen natuurlijk.

Indretningen og faciliteterne er helt i top. Badeværelse er elegant og dejligt. Siddeområde virkelig smagfuldt indrettet.

Det var umuligt at få sovet på grund af støjen fra gaden: først hujende mennesker, senere renovationsbiler til de mange restauranter og den vedvarende bip-lyd fra bakkende lastbiler, efterfulgt af bump og larm, når affaldsbeholderne blev tømt. Tilsvarende lyde begyndte igen ved fire-femtiden om morgenen – denne gang med varelevering til restauranterne i området. Der burde have ligget ørepropper klar. Touchscreen-panelet til justering af varmen fungerede ikke, og jeg bad værten om at lukke for varmen i stue og soveværelse. Resultatet var fint, bortset fra at det næste morgen viste sig, at varmen på badeværelset også var blevet slukket.

Appartement propre, très bien situé

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville, en zone piétonne, avec tous les restaurants et nombreux commerces à proximité. Le logement est spacieux, très propre et bien équipé.

Difficulté à trouver car l'entrée est dans une rue perpendiculaire à l'adresse donnée (au dessus du glacier). Le pilotage des lumières, chauffage, climatisation par iPad n'était pas opérationnel...cela fonctionnait en mode manuel (à l'ancienne). Les travaux matinaux dans la rue nous ont réveillé...mais ça, le propriétaire n'y peu rien.

Séjour exceptionnel!

La luminosité et le confort de cet appartement. Un autre grand point positif c’est la localisation, on est proche de TOUT! Y’avait un petit marché très sympa pas très loin ou j’ai été mangé à midi puis le soir il y a une ribambelle de restaurants tous avec des atmosphères différentes. Le choix est là! Je conseille les gens de venir seul ou en couple profiter de la magnifique vue sur la cathédrale et de ce que la ville d’Anvers a à offrir.

De ligging van deze accommodatie is erg centraal, op wandelafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in Antwerpen. Alles was recent vernieuwd en de voorzieningen waren meer dan in orde. Ook leuke details, zoals de voorziening van drank op de kamer. We hebben ons hier heel goed gevoeld en zouden zeker overwegen om opnieuw te boeken.

Een klein aandachtspuntje voor ons was dat er op sommige plaatsen enkel glas werd gebruikt, waardoor er af en toe wat geluid van buiten te horen was. Dat stoorde ons niet echt, maar het is iets om rekening mee te houden.

Appartement impeccable, décoré avec goût, confortable et ultra bien équipé — tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. Literie top, propreté irréprochable. Le quartier est calme, central, et plein de bonnes adresses. Mention spéciale pour notre hôte : hyper réactif, attentionné, toujours dispo. J'ai été super bien accueilli. Bref, je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai sans hésiter !
