The hotel has a unique design

Incredibly noisy room. We stayed in 31 You can hear every step, piece of furniture being moved in the upstairs bedroom. The room also has no ventilation fan. As the bathroom is in the main room when anyone showers or runs a bath the whole room fills up with steam…the mirrors are then useless and it’s not a pleasant environment to be in. The floor in the toilet also hadn’t been cleaned … yuck

Nice but could be improved for the price.

Brilliant location. The bar was lovely. The decor in the room was cool.

The beds were awful - tiny and on wheels so moved a lot. It felt like sleeping on a bad couch. There’s also no soundproofing so you will be kept awake late/woken early.

Great location and a perfect weekend in a relaxed city.

Downstairs bar area, friendly staff. Didn’t eat there but had drinks and coffee. Room 54 had a great skylight and view of the Cathedral.

My room was a little dated and sad. A little down at heel.

Stayed for the 2nd time here and again it was very nice!

The location of the hotel is great, it's very close to the beautiful church, and around the corner the main square with the beautiful architecture. From our room we had a great view at the church. The staff is very friendly and willing to help to make out stay a great experience.

Good but not well rested because of the noise

The location is great. Super central. Staff are friendly. Room is good sized and the shower is great, very clean.

Some mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. I stayed on the first floor and it was very noisy specially in the morning, on both days, I could hear people moving tables downstairs it was quite loud and disturbing and lasted for hours. The hotel probably knew about the noise level and provided ear plugs.

Manager, super unprofessional. I called the property to ask a question, whether something would be possible. She did not even let me explain myself, was super mean and angry, that’s not how hospitality sector should treat its customers.

Unique hotel in the perfect location.

I have been here the second time because i love this hotel so much. The room, under the roof, is unique & the view of the cathedral amazing. Aircon makes it very comfortable to stay, even when it’s getting warm & sunny outside. The cafe/restaurant is lovely & the location is just perfect.

the room smelled like fish, which was kind of disgusting. Instead of saying apologies or giving a discount, the reception said that they will take look which was not guest friendly at all when getting that told at checkout.

There was construction at the property, after checking in we discovered it was next to our room. No problem we thought we will just go to reception and ask for another room since we had no electricity (because of the construction) Receptioniste not only was rude, she also denied any construction going on (even though you could hear the drills and hammering in the reception). After some discussion she eventually gave us another room (while giving us more side eye than a teenager who discovered her mom on TikTok). The new room was great and breakfast was amazing (staff as well!) I would personally just not return because of the receptioniste.

Unique room in a great location- bad wifi (if you need to do work or use for communication)

Great location (near the cathedral and in a central area), unique room (mural on walls, open room tub), awesome bathtub (deep, beautiful ability to see others), lovely staff, delicious breakfast (if you choose to add it).

Wifi was incredibly slow, unreliable and glitchy. Water for shower and tub didn't get very hot.

Superb location with beautiful Cathedral views

Superb location right in the centre of Antwerp tourist area. Easy walk to all sights. Breakfast was extensive & catered for my Vegan partner. We had room 11 which was on the first floor with a nice view of the Cathedral. Given the closeness to the street, noise could be an issue during summer months but was okay when we were there after Christmas. Staff were very friendly.

The bed in our room was made up of 2 * single mattresses & was a tad hard. If you have to drive into the centre, parking & access to the hotel are a little difficult.

Only downsides, limited space around breakfast buffet. As it is situated in pedestrian zone, 500 m walk to car park.
