The hotel is fabulous and in an amazing location; easy to walk to a lot of landmarks and sights. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great; the cocktails were amazing.
When the room was serviced, several items were not replaced; obviously, we could have pursued this with Room Service but chose not to. The nearest parking was conveniently located under the hotel (not owned by the hotel) but was really expensive.

We came in rush hour and parking was difficult to find - a infomation about the carage being on the 'back side' of the hotel would have made it easier.

The star is very helpful. My first room had the basinet of the shower completely chipped. I was changed to another room which was better. The night light flickered and the other one made noise. I told the receptionist but it was not fixed. We specifically asked of they had gluten free foods at breakfast and we specially asked for oat milk. They had other for two days and then it was not available. Fortunately they did not charge us for the following two days.
When a guest is gluten and lactose intolerant tell the truth so one has the option of looking for another café
