We only slept there and managed, because we had decent neighbours. Location is great. Price was too high.

The location is perfect. There is coffee, tea and water and earplugs (I’ll explain why…) in the room. The staff is friendly. The room was clean (except for the matras). Shower was clean and good water pressure.

The lift wasn’t working properly (wouldn’t go up, only down), it’s very noisy in the room. You can hear people talk in the corridor and in the other rooms, doors slamming and chairs dragging over the floor. No matras protectors and sheets that don’t fit on the small beds (90cm), and bloodstains on the matras. View on a car park. The headboard as in the picture wasn’t there.

Horrible, heating does not work

The location was the only redeeming quality. It is close to the historical center and the public transport around is convenient.

The rooms are rundown, floors scratched, walls banged. The mattress was stained. This would be expected given the relative low price and rating but during our stay 2 out of 3 night the heating did not work. The temperatures where freezing and during the night the room was extremely cold. They provided us a wall-mounted heater instead to place leaning vertically on the floor but even that did not do much and it smelled like burning wire. They moved us to a different room in the third night and there the heating worked. We requested a refund for the first two nights and they were denied because they feel that moving us to a different room on the third night was enough and they feel the matter is closed. Avoid avoid avoid. Horrible

Good location

The location

The cleaning after four days was minimal, if not non-existent. They did not clean the bathroom or the room. They did not change the sheets either. And they charged us twice for the city tax, simply for extending our stay.

Really central hotel with parking next door.

The hotel is well positioned, just a short walk from the town. The car park is literally next door but unfortunately the hotel no longer receives discount for guests. The receptionist went through everything clearly, including the do's and don'ts of using the lift, which was in fact straight forward (just stay back from the door and you won't have any issues). There were some bars, cafes and a small supermarket within the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Nothing - I could quite easily have stayed here for a few nights.

Great value for money in the centre of Antwerp

- the room is fine, seems recently refurbished, spacious - the bed is nice and soft - the location is great, cannot be beaten - next to the hotel is a parking garage - the breakfast is very nice, standard option is eggs on toast, pancakes and a croissant (picture)

- there is a coffee machine on the room but no coffee - unfortunately they shut the door to the parking deck - a feature that I liked a lot in the past - it is a budget hotel so it attracts people that are noisy

The noise from other rooms was really loud The lift was very small And they did not have insulation windows so it was really cold the first night because they did not have the central heating on We requested the heating for the second night and to be fair it was on by the time we got to the room

A good place for a city trip

The hotel is right in the city center with only short walks to the famous places like the cathedral. Various food options are just outside the door as well as access to public transportion. The room itself was big and bright. The prices competitive.

Need to have a notice re emissions not everyone is aware of them. TV - too smart for us. Couldn’t get channels to work Need to get at least a bit of a deal with parking which would really be popular I think.

Good for a short weekend getaway!

The location and accessibility is amazing. The room was cool in the evening due to the AC and the bathroom was clean. Bed big enough for two! Great we could leave our bags before check-in and for a few hours after check-out. Shampoo & bodywash from Marie-Stella-Maris was great. We had plenty of towels

We didn't have enough toilet paper for our 2 night stay. Oftentimes there wasn't someone available at the desk to ask for toiletries when we walked by. At check-out of 12:00 we waited for 30 mins, called the hotel and texted through Booking.com before someone came to check us out of the hotel. Would be a good idea to put up a sign of an indication of when the receptionist returns, to not leave guests waiting at check-out time. We were also woken by housekeeping in the morning, as we did not have a "do not disturb" sign available and the hotel is quite noisy. We could hear doors slamming and neighboring guests having a conversation in their room.

It was centrally located and smartly decorated. the staff were also friendly and helpful.

The shower was not completely cleaned with there still being hair on the wall from the prior guest. Also while the mattress itself was comfortable, the pillows were very hard and like sleeping on a rock. There were 4 pillows on the bed so a suggestion to have 2 firm and 2 soft to accommodate better different preferences.

The hotel location was excellent, close to the tourist and shopping areas. The staff were very nice and helpful. The size of the room was large and comfortable for 4 persons.

The air conditioning unit did not cool the room. One bedside light was not working (burnt light bulb?). One bed headboard was wobbly. Found one hanging picture/photo fallen, lying on the floor. Some mold was found on the wall near the bed against the window wall.

Lovely location in a lovely city.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Grand Market area with bars, restaurants and other tourist attractions, so is ideally placed. We would go back there again if were in Antwerp again. Most enjoyable.

Great place to stay for a business trip.

The location was perfect. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Also, the supermarket right next to the hotel provides huge convenience in the stay. The tram station was only about 3~5 minutes away by walk, so the traveling was very easy too.
