Great location to stay in Antwerp.

Location is great, easily walk to the city center. Staffs are very friendly. Public spaces are very specious and cosy, if you travel with family or friends, would be a great place to hang out for a drink.

Parking spaces seems not so plenty, so when we arrive around 4pm, there is no more on-site parking, thus we have to park outside in other public parking lot. There is no bottle water in the room.

Great location, close to restaurants and old town. Parking was underground which was really handy, using by car lift.

Great stay.

The hotel looked great, everyone was very kind and the rooms and the hotel were very clean. It was located in a very nice part of Antwerp with plenty of parking spaces. The rooms had a nice bureau which was great for me because i needed to do some work.

The heat, the room was very warm, and I couldn't turn on the air-conditioning or open the window to get some fresh air in. Furthermore no real complaints.

The hotel feels very new and well-maintained, with a modern and interesting interior design. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, and pets are also welcome, which is a great advantage. Despite being in the busy city centre, convenient parking is available. Overall, a stylish, comfortable, and pet-friendly hotel in a central location with very good value for money.

The room is so hot and it didn’t matter what level the air was put on, it never got any cooler Windows can be opened but there is a sign telling you not to open them due to bugs, but it was worth it to try and cool the room down Understand the no fridge but when it’s warm, particularly at night you need one

Great neighbourhood, nice restaurants in the area, short walk to historic centre, still a quiet spot. The hotel had a nice bar/reception area giving a feeling of a much posher hotel.

nice, clean and new. conveniently located . friendly staff

Very new , clean and well maintained hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The few days I stayed in Antwerp was very hot. The air-conditioned in the room worked well to ensure good sleep. (The previous place I stayed in Ghent has no air-con and it was impossible to sleep.) This is crucial when travelling in Europe in Summer.

No fridge /kettle in the room. There was some renovation work on the road opposite the hotel. It got a bit noisy in the morning.

Quiet hotel in center

The location of the hotel was very good, just minutes from the city center. Motel One is typical brand, so you know what you get. Room smallish, but comfortable, especially the bed. Room was quiet also. Private underground parking at 25 a night. Our small dog could come with us for 15 a night. Bar in lobby was nice to have, also an outside lounge area.

The breakfast was horrible, no warm food options. At 15 eur per person you can find better elsewhere, plenty of options closeby. The air conditioning didn't work, which was needed as the room had afternoon sun.

We stayed at Motel One unexpectedly after breaking down in Antwerp en-route to Germany, we booked for one night initially and extended this to two, the staff were great very flexible. Rooms were great and overall the lobby, bar area and breakfast room was nicely furnished, modern and good for everyone, couples, families, solo travellers and business travellers, would definitely stay here again when in Antwerp.

Wasn't a lot we didn't like, but maybe a bit more choice for breakfast but this is being picky really.

Okay, but could have been better.

It was in a convenient location and the breakfast was fabulous.

The bed was uncomfortable and when I arrived I said I wanted the room to be serviced daily and it wasn’t.

Great location and interior but air conditioning didn’t cool the room properly.

The property was in a nice location, just a 5-minute walk from the main square of Antwerp. The hotel was very new and modern. Parking was very easy in the underground garage beneath the hotel.

Booking stated that the room had air conditioning. I left it on for five hours, but the room remained uncomfortably warm, even though it was only around 20°C outside. The air conditioning couldn’t effectively cool the small room. At reception, I was informed that due to the season, the system wasn’t functioning properly and could only reduce the temperature by a few degrees. We received a voucher for two cocktails at the bar as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, the sleep quality was poor due to the heat. I would not recommend this hotel in March or April unless the air conditioning is addressed. I also suggest removing “air conditioning” from the hotel description, as it functions more like a fan that circulates air rather than cools it.

Een goede overnachtingsplaats voor één of twee nachten op een centrale locatie.

Het motel zag er keurig en trendy uit, met allerlei leuke zitjes en een gezellige bar en uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel,. Daarnaast is deze heel centraal gelegen, op een rustige locatie op steenworp-afstand van het bruisende centrum van Antwerpen.

We wisten vooraf dat de kamers niet groot waren, maar groot genoeg voor een paar overnachting in heerlijke bedden, maar de kamers waren best warm en de badkamer/douche net wat aan de te kleine kant. Daarnaast viel het ontbijt eerlijk gezegd wat tegen; d.w.z. kwa prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Voor 17,50 euro p.p. verwachten wij toch wel wat meer. Wat er aanwezig was, was goed, maar alleen zachtgekookte eieren als 'extra', naast alle standaard broodbeleg als kaas, ham en kipfilet en alle zoetigheid vonden wij persoonlijk wat 'karig'. Daarnaast vonden wij het niet fijn om in (overigens super mooie en trendy ogende) lage stoelen en een laag tafeltje te moeten ontbijten (zeker niet als je bijna 1,95 m. groot bent) of op een kruk aan een lange tafel met allemaal 'vreemden', i.p.v. aan een tafeltje op een normale stoel met z'n tweetjes; maar dat terzijde. Tenslotte vonden we het jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid meer was om een parkeerplaats bij het hotel te boeken, maar met een parkeergarage op korte loopafstand was dit voor ons niet onoverkomelijk.

Heel fijn!

Mooie en nette kamer. Heel centraal maar toch rustig gelegen.

We werden gewekt door de wekker van onze buren die tot 4 maal afging. Geluidsisolatie kan dus nog wat beter.

Prima maar niet meer dan dat.

Was erg druk en rommelig zowel bij receptie als bij ontbijt. Teveel mensen op klein oppervlak en onervaren personeel op beide plekken. We konden nergens rustig zitten. Erg onpersoonlijke sfeer. Afgelopen zomer waren we er ook toen hotel net geopend was, veel beter! daarom kwamen we terug.

Super clean en fris hotel. Uiterst stille kamer gelegen aan tuin. Uitstekende bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel overal. Absoluut propere kamer en gang. Mijn complimenten hiervoor want echt top!

Tegenvallen niets maar het ontbijt vond ik eerder standaard. Afbakbrood (broodjes, croissants..) vind ik niet lekker en ik zag niets anders. Voldoende keuze qua beleg. Mooie ontbijtruimte.

Het Motel is heel centraal gelegen, alles op wandelafstand. De kamers zijn perfect proper ,heel gezellig en alles is er .

Ik heb er voor de tweede keer verbleven en het was net zoals de eerste keer , helemaal TOP.
