Quite likely to use again when visiting the area.

Pleasant, helpful staff (who patiently let me practise my limited Flemish even though their English was very good). Sumptuous continental breakfast. Comfortable beds & refreshing shower. Very enjoyable evening meal with three generations of our family who live locally, enjoyed by all.

(sorry): room was cold on arrival and we were left to find the heating for ourselves. Aircon/dehumidifier unit loud so we didn't use it. TV didn't work (which didn't trouble us, as it happened). Trip hazard at top of steps down into the accomodation building needed care.

Nice little farm, our kids loved to see the animals and there were two bunnies running around. Great place to have restaurant- level dinner. Good location, easy to access by car and a lot of space to park your car.

Breakfast was OK at the weeekend, but on workdays breakfast felt like leftowers from the weekend.. Our room was not the same as the one I saw in the pictures of my reservation - no living room, round stairs, no kitchen corner.. And staff could not do anything - all rooms full and host even told that the one i see in pictures of my reservation would cost more... Hot water had normal pressure, but cold water barely was enough to manage warm not hot shower/ to wash hands.. Playground outside is awful- dirty and old..

There was a miscommunication between messages and booking.com. Messages are separate from the actual booking. So if you have a special request make sure it is noted in the booking process and not just as a separate message. The owner was more than willing to help make everything right, but it is good information to know that the two forms of communication are not connected.

Stayed as a family of 5 breaking up the journey from Calais to our holiday in the Netherlands. The staff were very friendly. Location was off the beaten track and very peaceful. The accomodation is in a courtyard centered around the brasserie. The room was over a few floors and was huge, with kitchen facilities incase we needed to cook. We had dinner in the brasserie and staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and accommodated the kids. The kids loved the playground, outdoor soft play and farm animals. The breakfast was good, had everything we needed.

The place was lovely, very clean and very well managed. The farm and bouncy castle was a great addition for our little ones. The breakfast had everything we needed, and the food was delicious.

The only thing I didn't like were the beds. Mattresses and pillows are just not good at all. I had back pain and neck pain every morning. Also the only window in the room which did not have a curtain, was a bit awkward. The blinds were very good but if you open the window to have some air, the light would go straight to your eyes.

An ideal location with easy access to Antwerp

Breakfast was very good with a good variety of things to choose from. The location was peaceful and the renovation of the farm buildings was sympathetically done and to a high standard keeping the authenticity of the original.

The quality of the mattresses. For the rest cannot think of anything.

Located on a farm with a bunch of animals around (no weird smells present). Free spacious parking. Friendly staff.

Rather far from public transport (around 12 minute walk to the nearest tram station). Horrible cold water pressure (if you flushed before taking a shower the water barely came out from the hose), sometimes difficult to even wash hands. Hot water pressure was perfectly fine. Breakfast - we stayed four nights with four breakfasts, one of which was a buffet (with rather old and fermenting fruit), the other days we got a plate with some cheese, ham, fruits and a yogurt (didn't feel worth the price). Extremely soft bed and thick blankets.

I loved the concept, it was cosy, stylish and comfy too. Nice owners and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice, I missed nothing. Food they served out of menu looked really well and tasty. Fair prices.
