Can not recommend.

We have NOT received the link to access the hotel on the day of our arrival and were left stranded in the middle of the night. It was only sent the day after. Unacceptable.

Good hotel, poor town/location

Clean and modern room!

The location (kallo in general), nothing to do or eat in the direct neighborhood. Due to road works (nothing to do with the hotel) it was a drama to reach the hotel.

It's a fabulous Hotel. super super modern, very clean, has of every comfort and the staff is very friendly and always attentive. . The owners are a really nice young couple. The place where they serve breakfast is clean, quiet and equipped with everything. The breakfast is plentiful. The Hotel is particular because it is very modern and it is placed in a context of the 1800s ... it is fabulous. IT'S A DIAMOND SET IN THE PAST

no reception, all the check in + access to the room was digital! there was no need to speak to anyone, it is like one step forward to the future. the hotel and rooms were clean, stylish and nice. Good and tasty breakfast.

Great room but a bit soulless without any staff

Good location to access Doel and Beveren, good parking and good wifi. Large spacious and comfortable room

Didn't see any staff during my stay, and the tea/coffee wasn't replenished. Lack of restaurants in the area from Sunday Wednesday made eating out a problem without driving.

Excellent croissant and coffee. And 15 mins from the place I wanted to be. I liked the auto key thing. It reminded me slightly of the accommodation in the film ex-machina but in in a good way. And the staff member was lovely when encountered in the morning. (and not a robot.) I don't normally leave reviews but I wish more hotels were like this!

Where to start... The owners were very welcoming, very helpful, the rooms where fantastic a very good size and spotlessly clean... Having stayed in many hotels around the world The Factory is in the top 2... I strongly recommend this hotel, and pleasant team
