Refused to stay, walked out within 30 mins of check in.

The guy at reception looked like casual labour but was fruendly

Everything else. Dark, dirty, Victorian, didn’t stay. Walked out and went to Radisson Blu which was fine

The breakfast staff provided a superb buffet.

Our two-level room lacked a way from the ground floor to illuminate the up-the-winding-staircase to the upstairs sleeping area.

Breakfast heaven for the weary traveller.

A very good location for access to all of the sights. Whilst the room was a little dated it was very comfortable. We were a little concerned when we saw earplugs on the bedside tables, but didn't experience any noise problems during our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the staff all went out of their way to ensure a very pleasant stay.

Brilliant stay, great staff

A lovely Hotel set right in the middle of Antwerp, the historical district, is only a few minutes walk away as was, a very wide selections or restaurants and Bars. When we arrive a released that we did not have a clean air certificate (LEZ) for Antwerp, thanks to the lady on reception, who gave me a QR code to the web site and talked me through it, I manage to get one and save the fine. We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor, with a big up to date bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection of fresh food. Parking is in a locked garage beside the hotel ( chargeable). Great hotel we will be going back.

Small, cozy, well run, welcoming staff and management. Super comfortable bed with plenty of pillows! Generous breakfast offerings. Nice lounge space off the lobby to enjoy a cocktail or tea!

Enjoyed our stay

A lovely hotel in a great location, quiet but within walking distance to the main attractions in Antwerp. The breakfast was exceptional and I really liked the all day coffee and tea facility. We stayed on a particularly hot night and were thankful of the air con facility in our room. We stayed in a standard room which was comfortable.

Airco not working properly, in between curtains broken and not able to pull down, so everyone across the street can see everything. Seems there’s a lot of maintenance needing to be done. Seriously overpriced for what you get

Centrally located. A very nice breakfast with plenty of options. All day coffee and tea available.

For the price, one would assume that complementary water would be available in the room. The overnight parking rate in the hotel garage is outrageous.

It is a nice hotel but overpriced for what you get. The reception should be staffed at all times, come on.

The rooms and common areas were very nice and stylish. Lovely courtyard.

I had to change rooms as the tv wasn’t working in the first one. It was up to me to move my stuff and go downstairs to swap keys. Every time I came back to the hotel late afternoon/early evening the reception was unmanned. I had to ring the bell every time and a couple of times I had to wander around to find staff. I travel a lot and this is unheard of for any hotel category. I took to taking my key with me during the day. Also, at this price I expect more from the room. Wardrobe was very creaky, initially no water in the room (this was later sorted when I expressed surprise at it not being included, thank you), no bin in the bedroom, no mirror apart from the bathroom one which steamed up completely after use of shower. I have paid way less in equivalent hotels and had bathrobes, tea and coffee facilities in the room etc. Another odd thing was that no member of staff was there at breakfast, so there was never anyone to welcome you or ask questions of. Only once a table was vacated did someone come and clear it and then they were nowhere to be seen until the next table needed clearing. Very odd and unusual

Amazing hotel would highly recommend.

Perfectly situated little hotel for exploring the city, the staff were all extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home and I booked one of their duplex rooms which was absolutely gorgeous and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in and the air conditioning was a godsend. Wonderful buffet breakfast great variety to choose from and all very fresh. Beautiful little courtyard garden to relax in too.

A perfect hotel with a wonderful individual feel and great attention to detail

Beautifully decorated and furnished, friendly but unobtrusive staff, really nice touches like teas and coffee available all day which meant the hotel was a lovely place to come back to for a rest in the day. Breakfast in the courtyard garden was amazing - a huge amount of choice and beautifully presented. The room was large and bed extremely comfortable. Everything had been thought of and it felt as though the owners really cared

Amazing hotel, room, staff, and location.

Great Boutique Hotel right next to the Historic Centre of Antwerp, and a few yards from the Scheldt River, in other words Great Location for sightseeing. The room was amazing and split over two floors, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical European and delicious, and the hotel BAR was small but lovely. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful and made our trip even better, thanks to some great recommendations for dining.

Despite the amazing location, our room - although a great room, didn't have the best of views, but to be honest we spent most of our stay out and about sightseeing and enjoying the great food and drink.

The room could have had better lighting. Although the bathroom was lovely and big, bizarrely there was nowhere to hang your towels.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very big, bed was comfortable.

You could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, the door is quite thin and doesn't block sound at all. We could hear people's conversations when they came in late at night, not great if you're a light sleeper. For the price of EUR 300+ a night, I expect perfect silence in the hotel room.
