Reverze Festival 2026 in Antwerp

Very close to the central station and the staff, very kind!! They helped me a lot when I arrived, as I hadn't slept at all and arrived at the hotel very early. The breakfast is also good.

The beds aren't super comfortable, but it's not a big deal. You can sleep comfortably.

Very nice and silent location, close to the park. Nice view of the park from the room.

We didn’t like that the sofa was extended as a bed and when my husband went to the reception to ask someone to make the “bed” into a sofa nobody came, they just tell him to make it alone because it’s easy. I didn’t like this, it was not that easy to make it a sofa again, very unprofessional staff

Good location opposite the park. Nice foyer, bar and reception- decor is very pleasant.

No parking- you have to either park in side streets or in a car park 40 meters away costing €20. The room we stayed in wasn’t good- the phone wasn’t working so couldn’t call reception to report that the thermostat in the shower was broken and we got scolded by hot water. Once I went downstairs we were offered another room but the facilities were different ( no coffee machine). The extra bed which was made for my child blocked the opening of the fridge which we wanted to use, so no great either. We also had to pay extra for the dog, including a deposit and a city tax.

Disappointing

The property is close to the shopping centers. The staff was friendly and professional. The workout area was alright for a hotel.

The building is quite noisy. In our case, the room was close to the elevator so we could hear every guest passing by our door. The room was really dirty. Luckily, the bed was clean, but other then that, nothing really was. From fingerprints on switches to hairs scattered all over the bathroom. There was mold between the tiles and there was an awful scent coming from the toilet. The breakfast staff was very nice, but the area was also a little dirty even though there weren’t that many guests. All in all, we were disappointed by our experience. I would not rate this a four star hotel, but a three star at best.

A lovely stay

The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful. MAEK’s location was just right for our stay - close to cultural Antwerp central and also really handy for our train journeys. The rooms are well considered, stylish and comfortable with good details such as the ironing facilities, quality toiletries and coffee machine. Breakfast offered wide ranging choice and very good quality (I have never had such a welcome choice of decaf coffee available - indeed at some hotels this year, I’ve had none at all). We will definitely recommend MAEK to others and we plan to return.

We loved our stay here and would stay here again.

It was a really nice, modern looking hotel with nice decorations. Our family room on the 5th floor was really big and spacious and the bathroom was nice and spacious as well. We also had nice views to the park across the road and it was quiet and comfortable beds. We all slept really well. It’s a short stroll to the center of Antwerp. The breakfast in the morning was really good. Great selection of bread, spreads, cakes etc. The juices felt fresh and also really good tea selection.

Very nice hotel, great location!

You can't beat the location. Right in/next the main (shopping) street of Antwerp and next to the Jewish neighborhood. The hotel has a decent breakfast. The park across from the hotel is also quite nice. Bonus: Carrefour Express on the same block

The breakfast could've been better stocked and a bit more varied. The hallways of the hotel (rooms) are dark and not really that fresh-looking.

Our trip to Antwerp was destroyed by bed bugs in the hotel.

Bed bugs. we had to change the room already on the first evening. The next room was also infested by bugs, so we had a sleepless night and had to move again in the morning. The third room seemed to be clean. We were tired of sleepless nights and afraid of taking the bugs home.

Comfortable stop over to break up days of train travelling.

Good location overlooking a lovely park. Helpful and friendly staff and comfortable plus clean room. Breakfast times may be busy but there is ample food options and seating. Comfortable walk from Antwerp Centraal station.

Overpriced and underwhelming

The staff were friendly and the lobby was very beautiful. It was right by the park which had a play area that was great for our daughter. The resturant looked lovely. Check in and check out was seamless. It was clean and had basic ammenities.

We came by car and altough they say they have parking they only have 20 spaces and they were all taken. On the good side they reccomended us a different place to park. The door to the toilet could not close or shut. When we complained about this we were not offered compensation or an apology. The TV only worked sometimes and was very blurry. The bed was very uncomfortable. They price themselves as an above budget hotel but this is definitley a budget hotel. Too expensive for what it is.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel. staff was very nice, the room was clean with good interior. Check-in and out process was so fast, and the breakfast was very good.

Enjoyed our stay, beware that parking is not at the hotel and has VERY limited spaces.

As a family of four we had to split into two separate rooms for a lack of family provision. Rooms were showing signs of age with stained carpets and a little dirty. Parking was appalling, insufficient spaces, away from hotel, with no marked bays.

The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was nice. The bar is open till 1 AM. The location is decent, walking distance from city center and antwerp central.

The rooms need a little maintainence, and the bathroom door lock was not working. The AC was pretty loud.
