I will stay here again!

The location is brilliant - 5 mins walk from central station and next to a supermarket. The area/neighbourhood felt safe. The self check in process was really easy. You can open the main entrance/room door on the Numa app too which was really convenient! The rooms are really Modern and well equipped. There were toiletries in the room which is always a nice touch. Plenty of extra towels/coffee/tea/milk/sheets/etc in the essentials cupboard accessible by all.

Good for families

Location, room had kitchen with working fridge. Also you could get additional items, such as toilet paper, towel, dishwasher tablet etc from first floor.

To get to the apartment we had to take stairs or lift in first building then walk to the lifts at the back to get to our floor.

Not perfect, but the best choice in Antwerp

I've stayed at YAYS Antwerp in the past and despite some issues, will stay here in the future. It's easy to check in via the app and having a room code eliminates the need to divide keys between people. The unit itself is large and has proper kitchen, dish washer and washing machine. WiFi is always excellent. We got to stay in the front building this time, eliminating the need to trek to the rear building..

The room wasn't ready at check-in. It wasn't an issue this time because it was ready when we arrived. Still, I'd expect the room to be available when promised or a credit, especially if you arrive at 1500 and are made to wait. The sofa bed isn't the most comfortable but it could be worse. No daily cleaning might not be for everyone. In the past, luggage lockers were often full.

Lovely stay in the middle of Antwerp

Beautiful and modern condotel. Very convenient location, walking distance to the main train, grocery store is just few steps away. Perfect for travelling with kids. Good working lift

Great experience. I would certainly stay with NUMA again. No complaints.

Process was easy, and great value.

I did get a little confused finding my room, but eventually worked out I needed to change lifts on level 1, staff helped me work that out. (VERY MINOR). The luggage locker wouldn't open, but again the online support helped resolve that one pretty quick. And the second time I used it, worked fine.

Let down by poor communication

The room itself

My keylock broke and had to wait 2 hrs to be let in again in which I was given a different room. I accidentally left my jacket behind to which I subsequently called about it and was told that staff had found it. When I tried to retrieve it was told they hadn't found it to which I explained that I was told it was found the same day. The next day I attempted all morning to retrieve it and was finally told that it was found however none was available to give it to me. I had to fly back in the afternoon and was told that if I paid £20 they would ship it to me. I paid and it was shipped, however felt let down as they could have just given it to me as they had it from the previous day. Very disappointed.

Fantastic location and well equipped!

The design of the property and the comfort. It was centrally located and incredibly well stocked- loved how it even had washing pods!

A TV on the wall or the bedroom as our little ones slept right near the TV so couldn’t have it on when they were in bed. Other than that it was fab!

Outstanding stay in the heart of Antwerp (close to trains and supermarkets)

This apartment beaten our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen that includes oven / microwave. Fridge is there. Hob is easy to operate, oil was provided. Washing machine has dryer (does not happen very often). Bedroom is separated from the lounge; lounge has sofa that sleeps up to 2 additional persons. Mattress is outstanding too. Not to mention top-notch bathroom with a separate toilet. Location is 12 out of 10: five mins to station, Lidl next door. Price is great. Check-in via door code, so not waiting for anyone to give you keys, just arrive any time you need. Next time is Antwerp - staying in this place for sure!!

Not gonna invent downsides for the sake of it. Room 414 was quite far from the main entrance, taking two lifts to get to it, but come on - if this is the biggest disadvantage, you can image that everything else was outstanding!

Needs improvement

Conveniently located in the heart of town, the apartment offers a comfortable room equipped with quality facilities. The beds were also comfortable

The check-in process was very disappointing. We received a code and room number, but the room was already occupied by another guest. There was no staff present to assist, so we had to contact customer service via WhatsApp. After a long journey with two children, this was especially frustrating and took up much of our limited time in Antwerp. Although a staff member eventually helped resolve the issue, the initial confusion significantly affected our stay, which is reflected in the low score.

Beautiful comfortable and spacious room at a great location.

Very clean and spacious room. The location is perfect too, very central but calm. Check in and check out were super easy and quick, and we felt very comfortable and safe.

Pleasant apartment close to centre

Location was convenient, close to the train station and some supermarkets. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with good amenities. One evening the AC stopped working and customer support was quick and helpful. The issue was fixed the next day and they offered compensation for the time without AC.

The lack of physical staff wasn't clear up front. Instead communication was done virtually. It was also difficult to connect to the television via Chrome cast.

It was in a very central part of the town, very close to places to eat, shop and drink

The room was extremely small, one of the bedrooms had that little room it had 2 door so someone could actually get to the other side of the bed, one of the beds had a giant dip in the middle, so we both ended up rolling to the bottom of that. Just extremely average.

Great location, well appointed flat for a comfortable stay

Very well appointed flat, had a washing machine, wardrobes, kitchen and comfortable seating and bedding. Good air conditioning. Very secure in a good location, well serviced by the metro and trams. Had a really comfortable stay.

For some reason no frying pan in the kitchen. Contactless check in was not all that smooth, had some delays receiving the access code and had to upload passport images for every guest in the room which I wasn’t too comfortable doing over a website.

No one to contact other than a bot on what’s app unless you called random person. The bot on whatts app sends messages wanting us to have a 5 star stay and is everything ok and when you reply to say sink blocked or WiFi not working there is nothing / no response Large complex with 8 floors and 6 floors in 2 separate part of building and really needs a reception person of which there is no one for a complex this large Ridiculous check in system where son had to wait over an over so we could to speak to someone to sort check in as he didn’t have a passport on his person as he lives in Belgium and passed to various teams They needed all 3 guests ID / passport details before allowing us to check in and releasing PIN code. Never known anything like it after staying in apartments all around the world No balcony at the building that is accessible that’s advertised in photos and we thought it came with room. Very disappointing and misleading The sink was blocked and the WiFi didn’t work

Centrally located and easy to walk to. Made getting luggage from train station to apartment and back really easy. Having a code to get in instead of a key was great as you didn’t have to remember the key when you went out

Great for price. Would stay again

Great location and definitely value for the money. We really enjoyed our stay here- the apartment had everything we need and we liked the location (close to central station, the tram station and walking distance to old town/city center and lots of things to do. We also went to a festival at Middenvijver park and it was super convenient to get to and from the venue from the hotel.

Two piece of constructive feedback - 1. maybe it's just our preference, but the bed was uncomfortable for us. The bed was really hard and we had a hard time sleeping on the first night. The pillows and bedding was also uncomfortable. It took some time to get used to and was fine after a while. 2. The instructions and everything mentioned automated codes but it wasn't operational yet. We were confused and in the end, still needed help from reception to get key cards and such. The staff was helpful even though they probably had more questions than expected because of this confusion.

Modern facility with a great location and amenities.

It was modern and well equipped. The room was spacious. We appreciated the washer in the bathroom and the heated towel rack for drying the clothes that wouldn’t dry in the combo machine. The showerhead was GREAT. The helpful tips for the city were good, too. And it’s an easy walk from the train station and feels very safe.

The spaciousness of the apartment was great. The setup of the rooms felt luxurious and the location was great.

Exceptional stay for a couple in Antwerp!

The apartment has everything you need to survive for a couple days in Antwerp. Every detail has been thought of. There are pots and pans, forks and knives, cups and plates. Even down too some cooking oil was provided too cook some meals. The bed was amazing and overall the rooms were spacious and bright making it an excellent space to spend time when the weather gets worse outside. Will definitely come back!!!

Wasn't expecting a short walk from the apartments to the building doors. Had to take 2 separate elevators to get there, but it was perfectly manageable. There are no views to speak off which is fine, the apartment makes up for that. Other than that, it was really great!

Friendly, cozy and great location to explore the city.

Very comfy, cosy studio. Great parking facilities (and near to the train station, tram and bus services). Perfect for a couple. Perfect location for walking around the city. The staff team were really helpful, friendly and just lovely really!

Spacious and superior apartment nicely located for exploring Antwerp

Very spacious, modern, tastefully decorated studio apartment. Nice and clean. We were on the fourth floor with a pleasant view out over the old town. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great to have kitchen facilities. Good TV with local channels. Excellent mattress and sheets. Good shower. Very handy for the 20-minute stroll into the historic centre. Jumbo City close by good for buying breakfast items (but all grocery shops and supermarkets seem to close by 8pm).

Pillows too bouncy, noise from air con or plumbing during the night. Buses run their engines outside the hotel, which would be noisy during the summer when you'd want windows open. Coffee pod machine in the kitchen is a waste of time - tasteless coffee.

Worth every cent ...

The apartment is excellent. It is very well fitted out. The location is very close to the Central Station and the Antwerp centre.Staff are super helpful.

There are a few small things that could add to ones stay. If one is cooking one needs a grater - trying to make shavings of parmesan cheese for pasta is suboptimal. Also a couple of small bowls would be useful for yoghurt etc.

Lovely!

The location was great - right near the train station! There were nice supermarkets in the neighborhood, so we enjoyed buying food there and cooking in our kitchen. Our room was quiet, cozy, and clean. We were also given a card and snacks on Christmas day. That was a very sweet gesture!

We would have liked more information on where certain items were located in our room, such as cleaning goods and dish soap. Brief instructions on how to use the washing machine and the "Clax Tabs" would have also been helpful.

A gem for family holidays!

We were looking for a apart hotel that could offer kitchen facilities to help with our baby care. This property had a great location and we were impressed with the room facilities. The apartment is modern and with a full kitchen (even including cleaning tools and soap). We had a great stay and super recommend it.

less than 500meters from central station and Rubens house, great location. Parking on-site. spacious room with all that you need and washing machine in room. Excellent coffee and great shower.

bit confusing which lifts to use to access your room or parking as corridor connecting two buildings. there are stairs to get to other side, to be considered when you have heavy luggage. the wheelchair lift is locked, so not sure how that works.
