Timeless charm, modern comfort, impeccable service

An exceptional stay in a beautifully preserved century-old hotel. The building carries its history with quiet confidence—original details, timeless character, and a sense of continuity you can’t fabricate. Comfort is modern and effortless, but never at the expense of authenticity. Service is attentive without being intrusive. You don’t feel like a guest passing through; you feel temporarily part of the place.

Unfortunately, extending the stay wasn’t possible due to full occupancy — which, in itself, speaks volumes about the quality of the hotel.

Design forward, yet cosy and wonderful !

Ease of check-in, amazing location, slept so comfortably and peacefully in the bed, enjoyed Nespresso coffee in the morning, the friendliness of the owners and that I could leave my luggage. Loved the design and the thoughtful touches like chocolate and towel warmer.

Perfect modern boutique hotel in central location.

The rooms were perfect, clean and modern. Very easy self check in - the owners were wonderful and very accommodating with suggestions for restaurants, sites and allowing us to leave our bags for the day after check out. You’re in a great location in the center and room was extremely quiet.

No privacy for showering and restroom usage ( no door) A few very small items if you are a perfectionist: 1) small piece of nail come out of the wooden floor( solved quickly) 2) 2 days towels for 2 persons while we were a group of 3 3) no refill of coffee creamer second day 4) silicon kit get old in batch tub waste water point and next to the shower floor

Cosy place with a great flair. Tom is a very welcoming and helpful guest. It was our 4th or 5th stay here and we will surely come back again.

Great experience at a good price.

Excellent location in the city center within walking distance from the main locations. Close to a parking lot. Very accommodating for a small child with a crib and a great bath tub. Spacious bathroom with shower as well.

Some of the floorboards were old, creaking and had a few nails sticking out (but it's important to note the owner fixed that after we told her). The entrance is a bit difficult to enter with a stroller with some steps.

Great loft suite with the kindest host at a perfect location in Antwerp.

First of all, the location is great. Within max 15min walking, you are at the waterside but also in the City center. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within 10min of walking. We were welcomed by Tom: One of the hosts with the kindest personality. He really gave us a warm welcome. He showed us everything we needed to know about the loft suite where we stayed during our trip and he even offered to help with pur luggage. Also, at the end of pur stay he kindly offered to store pur luggage for the rest of the day until we left. The loft suite was amazing. Spacious, good bathroom and a great bed as well. The fridge was filled up very well, good coffee and the toiletries were also good. We really enjoyed spending the night at the loft. We would definitely recommend staying at Karen & Tom’s loft suite while enjoying Antwerp

Very good facility in Antwerp and no hesitation to recommend for a city break.

Great location with very convenient secure public car park. Apartment was very spacious with high ceilings and open plan. Decor was simple and tasteful, natural whitewash giving a very calm and spacious feel. Facilities were very good. Location to the centre is perfect, only a short walk away. Outside noise is minimal and apartment safe and secure. Communication with Tom and Karen was on point making arrival and departure seamless.

The only query was how to wash up if you had breakfast/ light meal in the apartment. This is only a minor point but there is a huge amount of space in the bathroom. We made do with hand soap and using the bathroom sink to wash and air dry in the bath tub.

It doesn't get any better than this.

The accommodation was the highlight of our trip to Belgium. Our suite was very tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. The location is very central, just a few minutes from the city center, and there are a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops in the immediate vicinity. We felt incredibly comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and are always available to answer any questions.

Stunning design in the centre of Antwerp

Stunning design, very large comfortable bed, good location, really lovely service (we were able to drop off our suitcases before and after our stay)

The design of the bathroom means there isn’t a door per se between the shower room and the rest of the bedroom but it didn’t bother us at all - if you are with someone who is very private they might need you to step out. Might be a good idea to add a white curtain!

Great place to stay.

The accomodation is chic and stylish but not flashy. The rooms are spacious and serene with great volume. The bed was comfortable and facilities are better than normal. The shower was strong and the toiletries were good. Entry and exit from the building was a breeze.

Very central location - everything worth seeing in Antwerp within walking distance. It is a very attractive old building that has recently been modernised on the inside. Loved the mixture of old and new. Enormous, modern, well equipped and reasonably priced rooms . Extremely friendly and helpful owners.

Great apartment and location in the heart of Antwerp!

Very easy access to the property from the train station. It only takes 15 minutes to get to Maison Nationale. Tom and Karen are very easy to communicate with. Tom was welcoming and explained a lot about the city. The rooms and the front door have a code. Easy to access. A spacious quiet clean unit with lots of room. They have a refrigerator and a microwave that are very convenient because there's a market across the street.We booked the room with breakfast included and it is served at a coffee bar close by. Breakfast was great!! Well worth it! They did our laundry, (same day service) for a very reasonable price.

Everything was as promised or better , genuinely comfortable, exceptionally well presented and immaculately clean . it would be impossible to find more charming or helpful hosts - great restaurant tips . Terrific breakfast at neighbourhood cafe . We couldn’t have been happier and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Antwerp .

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back. Bed was incredibly comfortable, Tom and Keren were a delight to deal with and all the personal touches in the room made it so cosy. They are also located in the middle of everything so you can walk to anything.

Well styled and spacious. Very comfortable bed and great toiletries, water, coffee etc. Right next to the centre so only a 2 minute walk to the cathedral and Christmas markets.
