Wonderful home away from home

Clean, spacious, modern, new, all the amenities you need and located in a great part of the city surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars, perfect for a weekend escape

It doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are narrow, so if you aren’t good with stairs be sure to request an apartment on the ground or first floor.

The house was very light, clean and complete. The location is perfect with a lot of bars and restaurants just around the corner.

Lovely spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Owner has taken real care with crockery, etc. In a lively part of town - location is perfect, close to great bars and restaurants.

No air conditioning, the apartment needed a fan or two. TV didn't work. No large/bread knife to help make breakfast. Windowless bathroom. NOT a hotel despite coming up under "hotels" filter, this is a private let. Lots of dust and dirt under the bed, owner might need to have a word with cleaners. Not expensive in terms of square footage, but expensive for the facilities on offer in our view.

The apartment feels like a home. Very comfortable and all amenities are there.

The stairs to the third floor apartment are very steep, so best to be aware when booking. Also a lot of loud music in the weekend (evening/night) from a neighbouring bar.

Great location in Zuid. Spacious apartment and great bed. Loved the home scent (thank you atelier Rebul). Bit crowded on may 1st as street was cordoned off.

Absolutely amazing apartment in a wonderful area of Antwerp, we would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, wonderful amenities, very clean and tastefully decorated! Even though the days were dark and grey, lots of natural light coming into the large windows! Great storage too with plenty of cabinets and hangers!

It was quite a hike to get up to the 3rd floor with some heavy suitcases on quite q narrow staircase! We would have liked a few extra hooks in the bedroom and/or bathroom.

De locatie is fantastisch en het appartement is mooi ingericht en heel comfortabel, goede facaliteiten.

De hoofdkussens vonden wij wat te dik en de matrassen in het stapelbed hadden een beetje een kuil.

mooie appartementen in t Zuid

Fijn, schoon en compleet appartement, wij zaten in de duplex op de derde verdieping, wel wat trappen op maar mooi uitzicht op de volksstraat. En een fijn terras! We zijn dol op deze buurt met leuke eetzaakjes en cafe's. Mooi ingericht met goede spullen. Een restauranttip als je van Indiaas houdt: Mission Massala, 10 minuten lopen. Heel fijn authentiek zaakje met leuke bediening.

De banken in de woonkamer zijn niet zo comfortabel, maar verder alles okee.

Sfeervol appartement op een top locatie in Het Zuid. Om de hoek van het altijd bruisende Marnixplaats. Veel gezellige kroegjes en cocktailbaris om de hoek. 15m lopen naar het centrum. Qpark ook om de hoek. Kortom, TOP locatie! Het appartement heeft twee verdiepingen. Mooie ruime woonkamer en twee slaapkamers. Het buitenplaatsje was ook fijn, dan konden we nog lekker even zonnen. Aanrader!

SIN ASCENSOR, SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, MUY RUIDOSO.

Bonita decoración

No hay ascensor y son 96 escalones por una escalera empinada, estrecha, con el peso de las maletas y con poca visibilidad porque la moqueta es negra. No hay aire acondicionado. En verano hace MUCHO CALOR. Pedí ventiladores y nos trajeron 2 que no giraban. Con las ventanas abiertas hay mucho ruido en la calle, por el paso del tranvía. Están remodelando íntegramente el edificio contiguo. Los fuertes golpes de la obra comienzan a las 7:00. Esa obra va a durar como mínimo 1 año.

De locatie is geweldig. Eén en al gezelligheid in de buurt, kwartiertje lopen van het oude centrum, om de hoek bij park Zuid en musea. Appartement ruim en compleet ingericht.

Niks. Enige om rekening mee te houden is de steile trap voor verdieping twee en drie, voor mensen die niet zo goed ter been zijn.

fijn en goed uitgerust appartement in gezellige buurt op wandelafstand van het oude stadscentrum

Dit appartement is gelegen in de gezellige buurt 't Zuid, vlak bij het museum KMSKA, vlak bij de Schelde en op wandelafstand van de binnenstad. In de buurt zijn veel eetgelegenheden en winkels, alles wat je nodig hebt is vlakbij. Je kunt gemakkelijk parkeren in Q-parking Kooldok (prijzig maar vlakbij en zeer proper). De tram passeert ook voor de deur. Het duplex appartement zelf is netjes en gezellig, met goede bedden en een fijne badkamer, en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Er is ook een terras aan de achterzijde. We hadden hier een fijn verblijf met onze tienerdochters die nog wel eens in een stapelbed wilden slapen.

Hou er rekening mee dat het duplex appartement gelegen is op de derde verdieping, er is geen lift dus je moet je bagage mee naar boven dragen via de trap. 1 stopcontact naast het bed bleek niet te werken, wat ik niet direct gemerkt had en waardoor ik 's ochtends een lege gsm-batterij had in plaats van een volle.

Nos gustó todo. El barrio, ideal, con buen ambiente y muchos restaurantes. No está en el centro, pero a nosotros nos encanta andar. Apartamento de diseño con todas las comodidades.

Nos gustó todo. Si hay que poner un pero, que no hay ascensor, pero de 4 alojamientos diferentes en los que hemos estado en Bélgica, ninguno lo tenía.

Home away from home!

Het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Heel smaakvol ingericht, de ruimtes waren alle heel comfortabel, aparte wc, veel kastruimte, uitgebreide keuken, relaxte woonkamer en de locatie was ook nog eens helemaal top, zo op de hoek in deze buurt. Veel leuke restaurantjes, barretjes en koffietentjes in de buurt. Ik zou er kunnen wonen!
