It was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is superb. Almost every main attraction at walking distance. The staff very polite & helpful. I highly recommend it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The staff was incredible—always available and skilled not only in guest services but also as bartenders. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa, which had an amazing atmosphere. The hotel's aesthetic won us over, and the views were breathtaking (see below). Our room was spacious and offered entertainment options like Amazon and Netflix. The hotel is centrally located in a vibrant part of Antwerp, making it easy to get around. When we return, this will be the only place we stay!

Hotel was amazing Staff incredible But we had massages and facials It was horrible, she played the same song over and over The facial was excruciating the scrub I asked to remove She just lathered us in oil, it was the worst we ever had. I told the front desk, was told they never had complaints. Not sure if that is how it is done in Europe, but never again. We ended up staying at another hotel when we returned to Antwerp

This is a boutique hotel in a beautifully renovated old property - we loved it. We didn't try the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of less-expensive options nearby. We did visit the spa, which you have to book and carries a separate charge but facilities are nice and you have the place to yourself. Overall an excellent, stylish hotel with excellent staff to help you.

Cute little hotel - we just got a regular room but our friends were upgraded to the top floor and its such a cute place. The checking in was smooth but the guy doing it could have been more friendly. We unfortunately could not shower bc the water was scalding hot. We did not bother calling front desk bc it was too early. Only was in our room to sleep.

There were mouse in the bar and lobby area. When we told the staff, they just said "yes, we know, poison has already been laid out, so the problem should be soon solved". They did not offer any free drink or other price reduction. When we asked again at the check out, there was again nothing. It is not acceptable to have mouse in the hotel! They may have also been in the kitchen.

Beautifully designed hotel in the heart of the city. Worst check-in experience ever: left waiting while some other clients, not liking their room, decided whether to stick to their room or take ours and the receptionist explaining in French (that I speak, unknowingly to her) that our room was not that good. And actually she was right. Our ‘deluxe’ room was on the third floor with no elevator, in a fully booked hotel. No warning whatsoever in the days before from the hotel. If either of us had a walking impairment of any sort we couldn’t possibly have accessed the room. So brace yourself for a serious stairs climbing after paying more than €350 for your room.

Staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and happy to help. Location is absolutely perfect to explore the city, bed and shower were great. The building is made up of dfferent beutifully renovated quirky old town houses and the rooms are beuaitfully appointed with elegant and comfortabale contemporary furniture and design touches.

We had an excellent stay at the Julien. The hotel was amazing from all points of view: the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and we especially loved the art to be seen in all parts of the hotel. The only remark we had was that the room, at night, was a bit too dark, so that reading became a bit of a problem. My suggestion was to add some more lighting in the room. Furthermore the shower floor was very slippery and one has to be very careful not to fall. This could easily be taken care of by adding a rubber mat or a bar. Otherwise everything was just perfect. Thank you for a delightful stay at the Julien.

The outside of the building gives very little away about the gorgeous interiors and spaces inside: it is a calm, elegant haven in the middle of the city. Only stayed for a night but thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly return.
