The steam room and the swimming pool

The light in the toilet was broken and they couldn’t fix it. Also the staff gave a knock didn’t wait for a response but badged into my room

Pleasant stay

Location is not central but is very convenient if one has a car. Plenty of free parking places all around the hotel. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Nice bed and room.

One of the worst hotels I've been, and I have seen a lot.

The pool was okay but very small (the fake infinity pool and mirror effect was underwhelming. Nothing really.

Breakfast 25 euro pp even for children. Ridiculous. This hotel is a money pit, you think it is a renowned property with many amenities but except from the gym everything else you will pay for. Even the coffee was one sip (!).

Perfect for a break in Antwerp

On arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sauna. Unfortunately, the steam room was full, so we weren’t able to make use of this.

The hammam was out of order, which was a shame. We were only provided with two towels in our room, despite being a family of four. However, it was not a problem obtaining more from reception.

Wonderful stay!

The staff in Anna was so friendly and the food was amazing. The room and service were good, but we couldn’t get the airco to work at night so my daughter and me got quite warm in the room. The facilities were superb! We’d love to come back when there is another swim gala in wezenberg.

I don’t understand why booking through your site for the room was £100 more expensive than booking.com. I like to book through the hotel websites as I find staff appreciate that, but in this case there was an immense difference.

Great pool & wellness area!

The fact that the double room has two double/full beds is wonderful and no longer common these days. We also tried the swimming pool and wellness area which was very nice. Check-in and check out was smooth and street parking was easy to find just across from the hotel. Oh and there’s an open convenient store right next to the reception which is very convenient especially for midnight snacks!

You can see that the hotel has been renovated but not 100%. So the room interior design still looks a bit dated. With a wellness area, we would have thought there would be cotton slippers provided but perhaps for “eco” reasons, this has been stopped. Also, we paid 190€ for 1 night for 2 adults and 2 children and we booked the room well in advance. It’s definitely not cheap.

Very friendly well run hotel

All the staff were superb helpful efficient friendly.Just how you expect the perfect hotel to be.Room was spot on.Clean and bright with plenty of amenities Food very good both for evening meal and a great choice for breakfast.Receptionists were soo good too . Special mention goes to Cathy and Denzo(?)in the bar/restaurant very helpful and always with a joke and smile all making the experience extra special

Its one of the best hotels in the area for location and comfort. Always a clean room and the restaurant is great too. This hotel has the best swimming pool in all of the hotels I stay in in Antwerp.

Theres really nothing to dislike. MAybe the only thing I could complain about is that when ordering a doouble room you get 2 beds pushed together and its not too comfy but its a rare occurence.........this time I have 2 double beds that are not 2 singles...spoilt for choice now ha ha

Wonderful hotel stay close to city Centre

Very clean. All staff very friendly. Fabulous facilities. Lovely smelling free soaps! Wonderful pool and gym. Free parking outside. Bus stop outside front of hotel.

Pool a little too cold! One mattress was very comfortable but the other had soft edges and was not comfortable at all!

Disappointing

The female receptionist requested my e-mail address for the invoice. Same late evening, I received unwanted junk mails from IHG. I called the same evening the receptionist, her colleague. He promised to stop it asap, but he did not fulfill his promise. The Hotel does not take care after several reminders and wrote that they are not booking.com. Today, I still receive junk mails from them, it seems the management and case worker in charge ignoring and not taking care the deadline.

Very enjoyable. Good short break for us.

Breakfast was expensive so we didn't book it. Staff helpful with information about a vet we had to find. Bar was lovely and food in bar was very good. Very friendly. Our dog was very happy too.

We was upset we couldn't use the safe, so was worried about our valuables. Breakfast also finished very early.
