スタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしく、とても気持ちよく滞在することができました。 お部屋は清潔で、ベッドもとても心地よく、ゆっくり休むことができました。 立地も良く、便利でありながら周辺は静かで、落ち着いて過ごせる居心地の良いホテルでした。 またアントワープを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

room fine, minimalist. location useful.
online check in didn't work. v noisy street (cobbles, tram) and they couldn't change my room to a quiet one because even though there was one, the booking system wouldn't let them.
