    Lobby had smell of poor ventilation. Room also has some poor ventilation smell. Room aircon temperature could not be control from room but it is controlled from reception. Room fridge was not working. Hot water from tap was luke warm. Bed mattress was uncomfortable and hard to sleep. Hotel claim to be 4 star but very most would be between 2 and 3 star Breakfast was disappointing.

    I booked this break a few months ago without really checking the reviews..... then a few days before we were due to come - I checked the reviews and was really worried about the hotel, as the comments were shocking. HOWEVER - I honestly cannot agree with any negative reviews. It is a great little hotel. Breakfast was brilliant. Staff on front desk were always helpful. Bedrooms are massive - Beds are OK. Rooms were cleaned well. LOCATION is brilliant. Some areas are a bit dated, and could do with a spruce up - BUT overall an excellent hotel, and me and my wife will re-attend!

    Good for one night spacious room, excellent location but staff was very weird one staff member told us that children are not allowed where other staff member didn't object on anything. They must focus more on cleanliness as bathroom was not very clean.

    AC is non functional. Hotel is outdated. Came to know that property is being sold and present owners aren’t much interested to invest in anything including repairs of existing facilities. There are many options at this price in nearby area.
