Location, although we had a room on the side of the square and our room was above a bar which was open until 02:30 with people on the terrace and loud music, breakfast ok
Everything in the room was dusty, King Bed too small for the room - only about 30 cm between end of the bed and wall with tv, small shower room with funny smell from pipes

Proximity to the station and local transport (tram & bus) and excellent choice of food nearby.
Walls quite thin - some lovely conversations happening seemingly outside our door!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the interior was stylish. It is easy to park in the nearby garage and the public transport options are great, also the walk to the old city centre is very do-able
The hotel is extremely noisy. We could hear the conversations and showers of other guests in the rooms above/next to us. People walking in the hallway and closing their hotel room door sounding like it is right next to you because of the bad sound isolation. There's also a cafe next to the hotel that plays loud music until the late hours, which we could also hear from our room
