My parent felt uncomfortable because of the lady in the restaurant , during breakfast every morning she will keep watching how much food they eat and she even tried to stop my mom from preparing breakfast for my dad

Lovely hotel

Wonderful staff and room. Coffee machine is a nice extra. Other special extras included a welcome chocolate and a leaving biscuit! I really liked the hotel and would visit again. Thank you

It was a little noisy but I had a room at the front. However the street noise didn't last all night. The room was also a little too hot.

Better avoid this place

Almost nothing. Nice location, close to Central Station is only reason why it might make sense to stay there.

Right after reservation, there was attempt of scam. Someone reached via WhatsApp saying they need additional details to avoid cancellation of booking. When we arrived, personal was trying to give us much cheaper room than we booked. When we got the room we expected, we really disappointed with state of it. A lot of dust, towels could be replaced 5 years ago, and worst of all is the bed. Uncomfortable and super old.

Clean, stylish hotel but very noisy

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the interior was stylish. It is easy to park in the nearby garage and the public transport options are great, also the walk to the old city centre is very do-able

The hotel is extremely noisy. We could hear the conversations and showers of other guests in the rooms above/next to us. People walking in the hallway and closing their hotel room door sounding like it is right next to you because of the bad sound isolation. There's also a cafe next to the hotel that plays loud music until the late hours, which we could also hear from our room

Terrible, crazy a lot of noise from the neighbourhood.

Breakfast was ok

Most horrible night in a hotel ever. Couldn't sleep until 4:30 am due to party in a venue next to the hotel. Hotel personnel could not do anything.

Noisy hotel in a central location.

The location is good for the station.

It's very noisy at night and nearly impossible to get any sleep. Apparently we were given a less noisy room at the back of the hotel, but the music was loud from next door most of the night.

Good location near train station

Good location, near the train station and a 15 min walk to Antwerp old city centre. The reception staff was nice and they offered us a voucher for 2 drinks since our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The premium room with the terrace has a nice view to the train station.

No slippers, no robes, the shower gel and shampoo holder was broken, the bed mattress extremely soft and curved, very uncomfortable. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel!

The location is perfect as it’s close to all major transportation such as train station and bus station. The hotel is also situated adjacent to all main attraction points such as shops, restaurants, and market squares. The hotel provides an exceptional breakfast.

A short escape from daily routine…

The location is excellent in terms of reaching the public transport and the main train station. Also about 10-15 walk to the center. The design of the rooms and the toiletries is very nice.

That can be noisy at night due to some cafe-bars nearby the hotel.

Staff were rude. Our bill was incorrect and they charged us for things we didn't order. We got a late check out confirmed for 12 (instead of 11). Despite that, they kept calling at 11 wanting to get out. Very rude

Adequate but Beware the negatives - attractive room photos do not tell the full story

Good size room . . . double for single use. Bed was comfortable enough - pillows were hard and bulky, though. Pleasant "arty" - "urban" - boutique style decor. A safe and fridge available. Complimentary bottle of water is welcome. "Environmental Awareness"Option to skip daily cleaning in return for a voucher to use in their bar/restraurant (buys a single drink) Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Some nice casual dinner options available in the bar downstairs. Nice selection of Breakfast items available incl fresh fruit, pastries, rolls & charcuterie. Room keycard required for lift to operate is a reassuring security measure in view of the location/street population in the area...

LOCATION: near Central Station & ChinaTown = BUSY square, crowded area, a "going-out" area = lots of noise/shouting, police sirens throughout day and night ... this might not suit everyone. NOISY . . . The building surpringly lacks any kind of NOISE insulation: street traffic, crowds - folks shouting at all hours in the streets, police sirens until the early hours, music from bar nextdoor . . . especially at weekend AUDIBLE from the 8th FLOOR! This I did not expect and I dread to think how room occupants at lower levels get on . . . Room only has a few hangers and lacks shelf space if there were two of you or you were staying any length of time it might be a problem. Room temperature control ? ? ? Bedside Spotlights good for reading but really too bright for use in the night. No dimmed light option.

Very clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly. We were given the option of a room with a view or a quieter one, we chose the second and it was amazing.

Really great!

This was our second time staying at an IHG hotel (stayed at IHG York last year). All of the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, the facilities were great, and the hotel was very quiet so we slept well each night. Location was superb, price was really good, and the restaurant was lovely too. I also thought the cleaning voucher scheme was really great and we took advantage of it during our stay and used our credit towards a lovely meal in the restaurant. I’m so glad we chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend.

Great location, opposite of zoo and next to Antwerp CS. We absolutely loved our comfy bed and shower and had a quiet night sleep. Room is very cosy and hotel offers everything you`ll need, we will be visting again!
