Good location close to the city center and train station.

Had a city suite, it was a large spacious room in good conditon. Bathroom had separate shower + bath. Each bed had two different pillows, soft and medium. the soft pillow was amazing, makes such a change to have a nice soft pillow in a hotel

Pool frequent out of service, room cleaning can improve - It seems like all it takes is making the bed and changing towels. Restaurant also not open, only few service room options and bar.

Hotel was lovely with very welcoming staff on arrival and departure. We used the luggage storage facility before and after checking in/out and it was great and our bags were well looked after. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need.

Location is close to the train station but the immediate area around the hotel is a little sketchy. Hotel staff generally unhelpful.

Great location but took too long to check in. Not many staff and long queues. Why does it take so long??? Bedding was dirty and only given one pillow each? Electric car chargers installed and advertised but all broken? Staff in bar area were the highlight of the stay - friendly, knowledgeable and happy to chat…

The views from the front of this hotel are exceptional, not getting around that. The hotel is starting to feel a little tired in quite a few places and needs some modernising. Having an indoor pool was really good but the rest of the facilities are a bit worn out. We walk everywhere and the area directly outside the hotel isn’t very pleasant with a lot of locals riding mopeds on the paths and some lower class shops but as soon as you’ve got to the city boundary 200 meters away everything changes and Antwerp is a lovely city. We’d return to Antwerp but unfortunately not this hotel.

Best location in Antewerp !! Lovely stay for a family. The only tjing was that the 2 rooms i had had no view from the windows. But people were friendly, clean and spacious rooms. Everything was perfect.. i do recommend it.

Nice stay easy to get around as it’s opposite the central train station so easy for travel in and out . There is a metro underneath to so easy to get to all the sites . Some things are a bit tired not all in all a great stay
