Room had a walk in shower but no hand rails, but the reception said we could move to an accessible room the following day. However they provided a stool that I could sit on in the shower. The staff were very helpful and understanding.
The room was not fully accessible as I have mobility problems. I will have to remember to ask for an accessible room next time we stay. However, the provision of the stool helped.

Modern, clean hotel. Welcoming reception staff. Good size bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space, tea/coffee making facilities. Good bathroom with shelving for toiletries, an excellent walk-in shower, good size towels.
Large, secure car park.
Attractive bar area with plenty of seating, serving reasonable choice of food.
Good location for Warwick Arts Centre, a few minutes walk - although not easy to find in the dark!
A couple more hangers in the wardrobe would be good.
A shelf in the shower cubicle for shampoo, shower gel would help those of us who have more difficulty bending to pick them up from the floor.

Customer service was excellent
The room was comfortable
The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The hot buffet was cold and had the appearance of being precooked. It spoilt the stay for us
