Overnight Stay.

Checking in was easy. Staff welcoming. Registering car for overnight parking was fairly straightforward.

Car parking fees need to be better explained online - single overnight was £5.00 which suggests £35 for 7 night stay. Rooms at front of hotel would be facing the busy A45 duel carriageway. No literature/ leaflets in room explaining hotel facilities. Cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Only fried eggs on hotplate and they along with bacon looked like they had been there for a while.

I had a comfortable stay and was able to rest well before continuing my journey

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and professional. I travelled alone and I was able to feel confident and calm, as there was always staff available in the community areas

I wasn't keen on the wet room as the floor did indeed get very wet and I found it a challenge to dry the area I needed to walk on later to pass the shower and get to the sink. The soap dispenser was broken and had been placed in a way to look complete

Staff were friendly

In room 26 there is almost no room to sit on the toilet as it is too close to the shower enclosure. The buffet English breakfast had poor quality ingredients and was very over cooked.

The rooms were clean and spacious.

When we first walked into the hotel Reception there was few drunk people shouting across the room at each other. Not the best first impression.

'Quality' only in name!

The staff and front lobby were great - always friendly and professional.

Although the rooms were large and everything was there - nothing was more than very basic. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows beyond any sensible life. The bath was thin plastic, which felt as though it would split at any.moment, and was very slippery when wet. The doors slammed, making nights both uncomfortable and disturbed!

Great hotel with comfy beds

Very fast check in and reasonable price. very clean room. the bed was exceptionally cool and comfy. would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed one night so were not able to experience the bar or food served but, will definitely try to during our next stay.

The check in time was upto 11 o'clock which was a bit of a problem as we came to visit our friends in coventry staying there till 12 o'clock late at night yet had to make arrangements earlier in the day especially check in.

Quality Hotel not really Quality.

Bath in bathroom.

Horrible breakfast management. People working there are zombies, dont using brain too much just walking. For 20 people at the room, they bringing 7 fried eggs, scrambled egg was totally horrible like imagine someone forcing You to make the worst scrambled egg on the planet. For 12.99£ avoid at all.

Noisy and uncomfortable

The property is close to local shops and main roads making it easy to leave Coventry. Their are plenty of options for meals available

The beds are very uncomfortable, no AC, the adjacent room was very loud, could hear every slam and coat hanger clanging all night.
