Great location and views over the golf course.
The menu in the restaurant was very limited especially for vegetarians.
The pool was too cold, the steam room wasn’t warm enough. However, the treatment I had in the SPA was exceptional.

It was a beautiful hotel on beautiful grounds! It was situated in a great area too. The staff were super lovely and it was easy to find your way around. It had a lovely pool area with the sauna, steam room and a gym. We stayed in a double room with a balcony over looking the golf course and it was beautiful.

The views and surroundings
We weren’t told on check in that the restaurant was closed and by the time we found this out it was too late to find somewhere else to eat.
One of the tvs in the room didn’t work, I told reception and she said there wasn’t any maintenance on until Tuesday. A lead was out of it but I didn’t want to mess with it too much as the TV was on the wall- I would have thought the duty manager could have taken a look for us??
The room felt dusty and quite alot of hairs in one of the bed.
I didn’t pass any of these comments into the receptionist when we left as I was waiting for her to ask ‘how was your stay’ ‘was everything ok’? She didn’t ask
No customer service really from either receptionists
