I’ve stayed at this B&B before and, as always, the experience was wonderful. On previous visits, I stayed in the two rooms in the main building, which are very comfortable, but in my personal experience the annexe in the garden is by far the best option.
I’m a lecturer at the University of Warwick, and having a dedicated space to work - especially a large table - is a real plus. The annexe also has a kitchenette, which makes it easy to be independent for dinner and adds a great deal of comfort to the stay.
For these reasons, I give the annexe a well-deserved 10/10.
A special mention goes to the owner, who is consistently kind, attentive, and extremely accommodating, as well as to the cleaning lady - the older lady - who is absolutely charming and a real delight.
To be honest, everything was perfect. I would have preferred to avoid an unnecessary remark from the second cleaning lady (the younger one), but these things can happen and I assume she may simply have been having a difficult start to her day. In any case, this did not detract from the overall experience, and the property absolutely deserves a 10/10.

Breakfast was okay- delivered to my room.
The room was very small and cramped for a double room. Hardly room to swing a cat!
