Great place

I’ve stayed at this B&B before and, as always, the experience was wonderful. On previous visits, I stayed in the two rooms in the main building, which are very comfortable, but in my personal experience the annexe in the garden is by far the best option. I’m a lecturer at the University of Warwick, and having a dedicated space to work - especially a large table - is a real plus. The annexe also has a kitchenette, which makes it easy to be independent for dinner and adds a great deal of comfort to the stay. For these reasons, I give the annexe a well-deserved 10/10. A special mention goes to the owner, who is consistently kind, attentive, and extremely accommodating, as well as to the cleaning lady - the older lady - who is absolutely charming and a real delight.

To be honest, everything was perfect. I would have preferred to avoid an unnecessary remark from the second cleaning lady (the younger one), but these things can happen and I assume she may simply have been having a difficult start to her day. In any case, this did not detract from the overall experience, and the property absolutely deserves a 10/10.

fab as always

location is easily accessible, parking spaces are provided. breakfast is very nice, comes delivered to the door in a paper bag - which is nice as i don't eat in the mornings but am happy to have a bite bit later. owner is very helpful and nice.

For Stoneleigh events a perfect location, lovely place, breakfast & hosts

Pet friendly with a fab secure area so the dogs could be let off for a run around, breakfast was fabulous. Great location and value for money. Parking and access was easy so will definitely be back and recommend when next at stoneleigh.

Lovely B&B

Felt very relaxed, homely and comfortable. Pleasant, quiet location, lovely to walk the dog along the lane. Breakfast bag was full of surprises. Couldn't enjoy it all at once but very appreciated for onward travel. Would hope to stay again.

Cosy & warm - Highly Recommended Accommodation

Quiet location, private on-site parking in a very secure area. It’s a 5-minute drive from the university, which was very convenient for me as I work there. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, and kettle) and some crockery and cutlery. Collecting the keys was very easy, as the host provided clear instructions. The room was cosy and warm, which I appreciated after a long day at work. A bonus for me is that the property is located near a wooded area and I could hear foxes barking in the evening. I loved that!

As for the only minor downside, the bathroom is quite small and there isn’t much space to place toiletries. However, this is not really a negative point in itself, and it did not affect my stay. Overall, I would give this property 10/10 - it truly deserves it.

Location was ideal for us as we were attending Warwick Arts Centre. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Room had everything we needed. Communication was great.

A warm welcome and a great night's sleep.

We booked in order to attend an open day at Warwick University, so the location was perfect for us. We were greeted warmly, and check in was easy. The room was gorgeous, a very clever use of space. Bonus points for having Netflix available to guests, a coffee machine and hot chocolate. The bed was very comfy and the hints for good food nearby was great.

For me the location is perfect. ıt fits with my needs. The bed is awesome It was really comfortable.

The internet connection is not stable. I have some disconnections time to time. Breakfast can be improcved. I was expecting at least an egg.

Lovely room with all necessary facilities. Breakfast brought to room with warm pastry, porridge, yogurt fresh orange juice and bacon bap. Close to walks and pub a short walk away for meal in evening. Friendly owner made very welcome.

Perfect spot and accommodation for our short break

Perfect location. Greeted on arrival. The owners very flexible as we had to change arrival times. Also had to change breakfast times with no problems at all. Parking was a stones throw from our accommodation.

Location to close to Warwick university, room is small, but for a night or two was very good, breakfast delivered to room at your given time in the morning is a great touch, parking outside your door.

Wonderful stay

Easy to locate, close to where we wanted to be. Lots of facilities for a small space. Friendly , helpful owners. Lovely location, quiet, and room overlooked the garden. Free parking. Breakfast and a coffee machine - great bonus.

We can recommend it for a short stay

The house is small, only one room, but is still comfortable to stay there for a night. Kids enjoyed a bunk-bed. We've been provided a breakfast in the morning. It was another lovely thing. We had yogurt, porridge, croissant, small burger with ham, orange juice and jam. You can make coffee using a coffee machine or tea in the house. There is a lot of trees around. The area looks lovely!

The toilet seat wasn't fixed.

Lovely accommodation, definitely worth a stay.

I was greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome. The room was quite snug but clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have a 'real' coffee machine rather than the usual Nescafe sachets. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was tasty and fresh. I was attending an event at the university the location could not have been better

Perfect location for a quick stay in the area, especially for Warwick University. The welcome is very friendly.

The location next to Warwick Uni was exactly what we needed. We left the car there and walked over. The details in the room and breakfast were perfect for our stay.
