We had a great stay at an affordable price with breakfast-staff were fabulous!

We had a great stay here and the reception staff were most welcoming. Anything we needed it was seen to straight away and nice to see they always had a smile. Breakfast was exceptional and the coffee was really good too ! We met Josh in the bar who was great at his job and although he was always busy he made time for a chat with us...so we made a point of passing through the bar for a drink every night. He seemed to have a real passion for his job which is a definite credit to your staff team. When we come back to Coventry to visit family once again we will be back to stay here!

very convenient and comfortable for a trade show at the Coventry Arena. Nice restaurant for dinner, comfy quiet rooms with adequate provision within the room, and a bonus complimentary minibar containing drinks.

Bed was a little lumpy and the edge of the mattress had started to give way. towels a little small and worn

A Great Stay

The staff are lovely - the lad who checked us in was so pleasant (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and a pleasant surprise to see quality teabags. Breakfast was ok - great to see actual teapots and milk jugs! The hot food looked a little tired- that's the downside of buffet service, but it ok. I would stay here again definitely 👍👍

Clean. We were upgraded as hotel was extremely quiet. Liked toiletries. Staff lovely.

Breakfast was sitting around for some time and not very warm. Lunch pie was soggy, pastry needed cooking more. We didn’t know there was no longer a pool to use. Milk supply was low in room, 2 sachets.

Overnight stop after return flight.

Easy to find hotel with good parking all be it an extra £10 overnight parking fee. Clean room and a good breakfast.

We got to the hotel about 20.00 and the only person on the desk was a chap called Tom, as a queue developed while he was booking in 2 ladies I asked if there were any others on desk duty to clear the queue, he was Arrogant and useless. Other than him the staff were all excellent.

It was WONDERFUL. Everyone was so friendly.

I was COMPLETELY surprised by how welcoming and lovely ALL the people were at the hotel. The room was SO clean and the bed was SO comfortable. I had a little desk with a chair that was exactly the right height. and a lovely view of trees. I felt like the room was TRIPLE glazed it was SO quiet. I felt like I was walking into a posh hotel. My room was LOVELY. just the right temperature. CLEAN. I had free tea/coffee. A fridge. and a lovely bathroom. Lovely soap and shampoo. I was alone and at breakfast the staff were friendly. The FOOD had vegan options. DELICIOUS mushrooms. vegan croissant. DELICIOUS coffee. everything was PERFECT.

Staff were so lovely, from Reception, to Bar staff, to Waitresses. Ate in the restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast, absolutely no complaints.

Our room was like a sauna when we arrived. It’s still pretty mild atm, so seems a waste to have the heating on so incredibly high, for guests to have to open all windows to let said heat out…

Never stayed here before but will now use this as our main stay when we visit Coventry. Room was very good and the kitchen very kindly adapted our meal to serve our son who has Coeliac disease. Normally we stay at the Hilton over the road but this was far better in our opinion and we will continue to stay here when visiting.
