Fabulous hotel, exceptional welcome.cant rate highly enough

The most beautiful hotel, luxurious rooms, every detail catered for. It’s in a fabulous position and even has a gate house with security on all night. The best part of the stay has to be the wonderful welcome from Georgie the manager and her colleague Emily. Unfortunately the kitchen was being renovated during our stay so the restaurant was closed. Even though we hadn’t booked breakfast, we were invited to the coffee shop and offered whatever we wanted as a complimentary breakfast. On our last morning when we were leaving early, Emily packed us up a breakfast of croissants and coffee to take with us. It really was the most amazing stay and we will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hosts and luxury royal layout and decor of the hotel. All the interiors have been done quite tastefully. Hosts and staff are passionate for their guests. Konko Coffee shop is the icing on the cake.

This was a bit of a surprise

The room itself was very nice indeed

Purely from observation it would appear the hotel and/or the grounds are undergoing major redevelopment. On arrival I could not access the hotel as both sets of gates were closed with no apparent means of communication at the entrance. I called the number given on the website to no avail. Eventually after driving to and from each set of gates someone (no idea who, he never introduced himself) appeared and 'unlocked' the gates. I was shown to my ( very nice indeed) room. However, there was no restaurant, no bar, no staff apparently. Disconcertingly the gates were padlocked shut behind me which I thought very odd. Had I wanted to leave the hotel would that have been possible? I was told on the previous evening breakfast would be available in the morning but in fact when I went down for breakfast (around 7.30am) all the doors were locked. My recommendation here is that the hotel at least makes it clear in the hotel description of what's going on with the property, as the current description is not representative in my opinion.

Very welcoming and would definitely come back

Great big room, great staff and very friendly. Very safe with a gated area and locked at night with security on patrol. Enjoyed my stay and would very much stay again.

Didnt like the breakfast arrangement. Would expect a cooked breakfast rather than a panini from the onsite cafe. only thing that let it down really. The bedroom carpet was light and probably needed a clean but thats me being really picky. Wasn't terrible but for a high end property it should be.

Everything was perfect we booked at 12am and was checked in 20 mins later without any hassle whatsoever which we are really grateful for with it being so late. brilliant service the whole time we were there and staff was lovely, comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on

Everybody in the hotel was there for the Harry styles concert at Coventry Building Society Arena, a 40 minute wak away.

Beautiful, plush and immaculate 10 bed period property/hotel and lovely grounds. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

The sensor light didn’t work in the bathroom. The cafe, where we went for breakfast, is small compared to the size of the hotel bar & dining room. Though breakfast was included there wasn’t a chef on site so we were offered toasted sandwiches, pastries or cakes.

A stunning, friendly hotel.

Thankfully this hotel rescued me after he Amsty Hall cancelled on me last minute. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. Very quite and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay again.

Did not realize how Indian the hotel was. We quite like Indian and the staff were great but you could ONLY get Indian food in the dining room. We ate there once and it was fine but that was enough for us.

A really rare find-- one of the best hotels you will stay in. Very highly recommended indeed.

This is a really special hotel-- far better than the vast majority of hotels we stay at on business trips, and a place I would love to return to for a personal break. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and very high quality, it's easy to find and parking is easy and free. But best of all is the service -- the whole team there are warm and caring, and seem to be able to do anything they can to make guests' stay better. And their restaurant serves fantastic home-cooked food-- it was good enough to be worth a return visit in future just to have another meal there.

There is some road noise for one or two bedrooms that face the road (not too bad for us).

Staff could not do anymore for me whilst staying. Anything I needed the staff were there to help. I have stayed at several hotels of late and the one thing that always seems to let them down is the customer service, how we’re on this occasion the staff were amazing!! The bed was so comfy, probably the best I’ve had in a hotel and slept really well.

Fantastic hotel, lovely and clean, staff were amazing & so accommodating. Really good cocktails at the bar & lovely coffee shop at the hotel. I would most definitely recommend & will stay there again. We went after being at the NEC and a very easy journey to the hotel.

Our stay was lovely, if however they had a wedding or large event on then it may not be as perfect as our stay.

Modern hotel, nice setting. Plenty of parking spaces. Had a really nice welcome and staff were very friendly. Couldn’t do enough for you and it was quite refreshing. large room and plush bathroom with rainfall shower.

Would have scored higher but as I left very early I couldn’t comment on the breakfast. Still they kindly provided me with croissants, apple and a breakfast bar so I had something in the morning. Had a nice home cooked curry that evening but the choice was only veg or chicken. Presume the kitchen is not ready to cater for food yet as curry was the only option but it was a tasty meal if you like curry. This was also provided FOC so can’t really grumble. but if you don’t like curry it would mean having to go out for food.
