I liked the staff they were happy to help with anything and the apartment was very comfortable and cozy.

The room was very spacious and walking distance to the city centre.
Nice view from the window of the water feature below.
The Venue is hard to locate if you don't know where you're going as there's no clear signage.
The space had a lot of signs of wear and tear. The bed and sofa looked like they should have been retired years ago and the bathroom wall was cracked.
Having stayed at another apartment more recently I can see the quality of this one leaves much to be desired.
The Curtain rail was also broken and fell out when trying to close the curtains.
