Room was great and spacious with all the necessary facilities. The toilet was separate for bathroom which was helpful for family use. Overall exceeded value for money as the hotel was very affordable.

Cot wasn't in room even though requested and accepted during booking. We had to go downstairs to get it from reception, luckily there was one available on the day. Also Sofa bed wasn't fully set up for toddler, so we had to do this which was inconveniencing.

It’s was very disappointing my partner was extremely upset that she woke up with a bite on her neck.

Nothing other than the polite man on the desk.

Everything my room was vile, body hair all over the floor and on my “clean” towels. Dirt all over the curtain. Stains on the floor and dirt up the walls.

I could not fault my stay, it was truly perfect. The staff were all very good. The quality of the breakfast , nailed it. First class.

Nothing, not broken don`t try to fix it. Your service was just what we needed, somewhere to simply sleep , good breakfast when visiting family whom we are 3 hours apart, attending a special family party. Perfect.

Had coffee stains on wall next to bed and a big crack in ceiling had no hand soap in Despenser bud was sorted straight away by staff also I found the mattress a bit solid to my liking

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and black out curtains were great. Free WiFi was good. Ritual shower gel was a nice touch.

Very echoey so could hear people going in and out of rooms and arguing in their rooms. Breakfast options were hot but of very poor quality. Didn’t end up eating it. Coffee was horrible. Function going on downstairs and could hear beat of music on 2nd floor (in a room furthest away from function area). Kids from function running up and down corridor making a nuisance.

Room had adjoining room that you could hear the slightest noise in. Beds uncomfortable, toilet room is dirty and has damp marks. Moved to another room, this time had generator and water running noise disturbances. Toilet room again damp marks everywhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, it was booked very last minute as I had only just finished work and was getting back on the road again a short while later so was a perfect pit stop

The bathroom was very nice and the shower was really nice

The hotel looked tired and old. The lift didnt work properly and made an awful noise. Staff were distracted. Wasn't aware I had to pay extra for parking. Toilet wasn't connected to the bathroom. The QR code for room service didnt work so had to go down to the bar but no staff around. Wasn't told that id have to pay extra for parking. Told them I was bringing a dog but nothing out for the dog not even a bowl. Didnt feel very safe there

I could hear EVERYTHING, next door, everything outside the room, absolutely everything! It is also in need of a scrub down, and refurbish. Felt grubby.

Nice room but food mouldy

Friendly attentive evening staff. Delivered food to room, which was kind. Room was big and clean. Shower was very nice.

More than one food item was very obviously mouldy. Had a young toddler just discharged from hospital accidentally eating rotten fizzy melon in the evening. In the morning there was more rotten fruit at the breakfast buffet including shrivelled orange slices growing blue furry mould. kitchen staff didn't seem to care and dismissively said I was referring to blue cheese which is 'meant to be mouldy'. The TV didn't work and the fridge was room temperature and didn't work. If I hadn't noticed the fridge temperature I would have served spoilt milk to a baby in the morning. Receptionist (who was very nice) remarked she'd flagged the issue with the fridges before but nothing had happened.

I aarived 2hours after check inn , I waited, and was checked in to a dirty unkept room, towels in the bath, bed unmade, bins overflowing .

Nearest hotel we could get to the concert venue. Very friendly and obliging staff, nice food in the restaurant.

It was not clear how to walk to the arena (after dark) so we had to get a taxi there and back. The bathroom and decor were dingy and outdated like 1970s or something! Perfectly clean though.

The bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep. There was no shaving point. The toilet is separate from the bathroom with no washing facilities which is rather unhygienic.

A pleasant overnight stay.

Room size was good. Extra beds comfortable. Soundproofing from outside noises very good.

Unfortunately the gluten free offerings for breakfast were sub standard. Much more needs to be done here. Sockets not easily accessible and only 2 available. Positioning of the sockets directly above one another meant adapters were't really viable.

My vehicle got broken into twice in the two nights I stayed there, I checked out because out it. TRADESPEOPLE BEWARE. I was told the cctv would be check and I would be contacted to follow up. 3 weeks later still nothing.
