The place was spotless. The car park was very well lit. It was peaceful. Will definitely be back.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. There were a couple of suggestions that could have made my stay more comfortable. I struggled to see the TV as it was on the desk. With my husband on that side of the bed he blocked the view so it being on the wall would have been far better. We were on the ground floor facing the car park, which we loved. But we had to keep the curtains closed because it was quite busy also serving the Toby Carvery. A roller blind or a net curtain would have been really helpful. Other than that i couldn't add anything to it at all.

Enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. Was a bit further away than I wanted from the venue I was going. But in no way is that the hotels issue.

Nice comfy little if you want a drink when getting hime. Food available when you wanted. And staff wete very good.

Staff (receptionist + night manager) were helpful when I made inquiries. I asked for a room near reception because on my last stay I was close to reception room 140 I think as I am disabled but I was put halfway down the corridor in 153. The standards have dropped. No fridge in room, safe broken + unusable, QR code did not work, no shower mat, no phone to call reception, no room service. Nothing about the hotel + what is on offer in the rooms. The hand soap, shampoo and shower gel were amazing. I would buy these if I stayed again and they were sold at the hotel.
