Great location, rooms are nice clean and comfortable. Shower is a proper power shower. We always use this hotel when we visit the UK to see family. Staff are lovely, breakfast is great.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and black out curtains were great. Free WiFi was good. Ritual shower gel was a nice touch.
Very echoey so could hear people going in and out of rooms and arguing in their rooms. Breakfast options were hot but of very poor quality. Didn’t end up eating it. Coffee was horrible.
Function going on downstairs and could hear beat of music on 2nd floor (in a room furthest away from function area). Kids from function running up and down corridor making a nuisance.
