I liked the service who was truly excellent. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making every guest feel valued from the moment they arrived. Their professionalism and warm hospitality contributed greatly to an outstanding overall experience.

One area that could be improved is the introduction of a more diverse and comprehensive meal service, including a wider selection of breakfast and dining options. While the overall hospitality and service were excellent, expanding the menu choices would further enhance the guest experience by catering to different tastes, cultural preferences, and dietary requirements. The breakfast offering could be improved by providing more variety, such as additional hot and cold options, fresh fruits, healthier choices, and a greater selection of beverages. Introducing more meal choices throughout the day, including local and international dishes, vegetarian options, and meals suitable for guests with specific dietary needs, would make the dining experience more enjoyable and inclusive. These improvements would complement the excellent customer service already provided by the hotel and contribute to a more complete and memorable stay for all guests.
