The staff were amazing, polite, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention for Abbey on reception and the bar staff were both really friendly. Breakfast and facilities were superb and very high standard. Immaculately clean everywhere.
Although the gymnasium was excellent it was a great distance away and staff only had very little knowledge of opening times or what was available.

A very nice conference centre located in the immediate vicinity of the University of Warwick. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is generous and offers everything you could wish for. A great option for staying one or two nights in the university area — highly recommended.
One possible area for improvement could be the size of the rooms — although it is understandable given the large number of guests typical of a conference venue.

It was very clean and the location was brilliant as we were there for a sport event at the university
Other guest slamming doors at 5.30 am and shouting running into each others rooms
