Excellent

The lounge was very spacious, the bedrooms were really good. The parking is genuinely really good despite the don't block the driveway advertisement. The host was really helpful. The neighbours are really friendly.

Clean with comfy beds. Free parking, decent kitchen.

Lack of storage in the bedrooms but that may have been because we needed extra beds. Please add photos of the bedrooms and bathroom, I'm sure you'll get even more bookings because we were very pleased.

nice enough! few basic improvements required.

beds comfy, attentive staff lots of homely amenities but no Coffee or milk on arrival - Just coffee mate. My colleague only drinks tea and we arrived quite late so didn't want to go back out again.

very basic - Looked more like a cottage, apartment type hen booking and its more like an outhouse converted. Shower was a bit caravan style - draw curtain, small. It was very cold for ages so we had to out the radiators up to the highest mark. TV wouldn't connect to the internet but she did bring a replacement later on. There were two wifi logins provided which was confusing.

Good for a short stay

A lot of beds which is ideal for a quick stay with friends or a family - there was 3 beds in each room and a sofa bed.

The cleanliness of the flat wasn’t up to standards, I could see hair around the sink and the bathroom smelt of damp. The accommodation is very small - not necessarily bad but good to keep in mind. Convenient for a one or two night stay wouldn’t do any longer.

Small but perfectly formed! Clean, modern and excellent value.

Had everything we needed for our short stay. Excellent communication from the host and easy access. Beds were really comfortable, everything clean and modern. Location was perfect for where we needed to be.

It was much smaller than it seemed from the photos, but that wasn’t a big deal. We had one issue with the lights in one of the bedrooms, but the host was very quick to respond and sort it for us.

Not enough sets of things for the amount it sleeps. Eg 6 x people so, 6 sets of towels, knives and forks, glasses etc. Not enough parking for groups.

The place was fine, even great, but car parking arrangements left much to be desired.

Car parking outside on street; needed to park on footpath and didn't feel comfortable at all. There was space inside the gate it seems which wasn't made available.

OK, but not at this price!

I was attending an exhibition at the Coventry Building Society Arena and the location was good

The bedroom facilities are non existent; no curtains on the windows, no wardrobes, no bed-side tables or lights. Instead they had crammed an extra bed into each room to maximise occupancy. The bathroom facilities are minimal.

Very clean and the host is lovely

Place was spotless. Host was very helpful. It was close to NEC (about 20 mins) and very close to Coventry. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We were only there for one night but it would be perfect for a longer stay too. There was well equipped kitchen area with large living room/dining area The host obviously has a good eye for decor and making good use of space so it looks good and feels open and light.

The sofa was not particularly comfortable but there were cushions on it and sitting on these made it ok. I think it would be quite tight for six people (I was with my husband and adult son) but it was a lovely little find and we will be back.

Lovely place, well looked after.

Lovely place, very clean and tidy. A well kitted out kitchen and bathroom. Nice decor, beds are beautifully colour coordinated, as are all the accessories in the living space. There's a decent TV and wi-fi.

The sofa, which also becomes a bed, was not comfortable to sit on.
