The location is great near to a shopping arena with a variety of shops.

I was travelling on business. The room didn’t have desk and chair so I had to use my laptop in my bed to prep for the next day. Sink- the sink had disgusting brown stains Bed - the bed had a dip in the middle, couldn’t sleep woke up in pains. Needed sleep on a chair to least have a nights sleep! Shower- old takes time to heat up, no shower gel. Good job I travel with my own stuff. No complementary water after spending £100 for the night. If travelling for business and you needed to catch up with work before you sleep, think again! Disappointed by the brand I once valued so highly.

The customer service was GREAT! Ola was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome - definitely the highlight of my stay. The room was also very spacious and comfy.

The room was a bit noisy at times with people coming down the corridor.

The only good thou there was the staff.

I opened a cubered and a table fell on my head told the girl at reception but nothing was done the room was a mess as not clean it was cold and the hallway was dark and dirty the brackfast was awful ended up leaving it and when we got there found out had to pay another £10 to park the car in the car park

The best place to stay if you are playing poker at the stadium however whilst it’s not too bad price wise for a couple if you are staying on your own then this can be very expensive. This meant that I had to stay somewhere else on some of the nights.

Our room was covered in blood and filthy dirty. We had to have this cleaned twice. The alarm then started going off in the room and we were not moved rooms until 1.30am.

The room was a very good size, very clean and presentable, Easy check in.

Everything was perfect from check in to checkout and so close to venue

The location of the room was atrocious. Due to it being right next door to a huge conference hosting area and a catering facility, the noise outside the room was horrendous. I am sure it is fine on a match day as a corporate box, but as a hotel facility it is massively under par. On our arrival there was an actual Christmas party taking place next door which due to the terrible sound proofing in the room we may as well have been sat right in the middle of. Throughout our stay there was noise and commotion outside of our room as staff moved barrels, crockery and cutlery around on trolleys down the hallways, really disrupting our stay. There was also a Fire alarm test very shortly after our arrival, which I appreciate has to be done from time to time, but the duration of the test was ludicrous and it would have been nice to have been warned that was happening on arrival as it could only have been an hour after we arrived. We also had to be walked to our room on 3 separate occasions due to its location which to be honest is just irritating.

Everything i wouldn’t say anything bad about the place and I’ve also been telling others mates and family members to book in here

The bar attached to be open till later than what it was as it’s a amazing bar and value for money and loved the games that was available to play for completely free and the staff was a credit to the company

Great room overall - the size was perfect and the view of the pitch was amazing. The size of the TV was also great. Air con unit was handy. Tea and coffee facilities were great.

I wish the windows didn't have a black-dotted plastic layer on them, preventing you from properly appreciating the views. The TV remote was dirty, the shower and sink wasn't clean. There was no fridge in the room, which is odd in my opinion.

The room size was huuuuge!! It was excellent and provided the four of us with ample room. The only thing was the bed was something on the firm side so didn't have the best of sleeps. Breakfast was amazing, with the variety of options being fantastic. One of the members of staff, I think her name was Marian, or Mirriam, she was so polite and helpful. My husband has stayed in hundreds of UK hotels over the years and he said that she is the nicest most friendly dining staff member he has ever met. I agree - she was absolutely lovely!!

Just that the bed was a little on the firm side so didn't have an amazing sleep.

Expensive for average room. Clean and comfortable but small living space. Couldn’t book a table in the restaurant so had to eat at crowded bar , poor menu and pretty poor food. Didn’t stay for breakfast as so unimpressed.

the hotel was outdated. dirty, chipped wood work all over the hotel, there was no dressing table or any were to put anything on, like make up personal items, storage was awful, even in the bathroom the was nowhere to put toilet bag apart from one shelf up in the air behind you that couldnt be reached, there was a mirror in the room, i had to sit on the floor to do my hair and make up and the carpet wasnt very clean, i dropped an earing and had to look under the bed for it, under the bed was a disgrace looked like it hadnt been cleaned for months, the shelf in the room i had to put the kettle tray on, it fell off as the shelf is far to narrow for the tray, the toilet roll holders are bent, the toilet roll kept falling off and had to keep using the toilet roll off the floor, not nice, air conditioning worked when it wanted to, curtains and nets were falling off the track so wouldnt close properly. i paid double price to what my colleagues did we all had the same rooms next to each other, i just expected better especially as i paid double the price. i have a bad knee and had to walk up 20 stairs to get to my room as no lift was available to that section of the hotel, this was not stated when booked, i told reception about the problems and they said they couldnt swap my room as they were fully booked, really disapointed with my stay at your hotel, dont think it was good value for money at £200.00 per night

Beds were comfortable and we were able to get a good nights sleep. Room service was good quality .

Shower was very small. I'm 5'11 and felt cramped so someone 6ft plus would be struggling to fit in.

Location, price, friendly staff (especially the helpful lady who checked us in) and facilities in the room were all as expected.

Room service food was a little late (1 hour instead of advised 30 mins), one item was missing although replaced within 15 mins (the drink) and, probably due to the late arrival, the chips were cold and the other items were not as hot as they should have been. Overall the room service food option was therefore poor. When we arrived, there had been a conference at the location and car parks were geared up for vehicles leaving, not arriving. We were mis-directed and had to drive around the site and re-enter - not a bit issue but not great when we were looking forward to getting to our room.

Had to be going up and down 4 flights of stairs to communicate with staff or do my errands. As an elderly patient, this strenuous and a very tiring experience in a Hilton hotel. The phones did not work for the length of time I was there. The room had no fridge the money I paid. The hotel is for people who have interest in football as the football pitch in what you see when you open the window. There is misrepresentation of sales as the rooms are not what is advertised on the pictures. I paid for a room which should have a sofa, 2 single chair, double bed, fridge, working phone but all I had was a double bed and a single chair. The rest of the items were not available and the phone was not working. I told the staff who said she would change the phone cable but never showed up until I left. Spent my time talking about things that are not working rather than having a quality time. There is no difference between this hotel and a bed and breakfast. Someone Very poor standard. From arriving after a long journey we were made to feel so welcome. Staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful as we had never stayed in this hotel before. We will definitely be staying here in future.

Extractor fan in bath room whined all night and the toilet cistern was constantly running the air con was fixed in summer mode so you could not hear the room there was an uncapped sharp screw sticking out the bottom of the sink

Woken up at 2am by a faulty moisture sensor in room and it took the staff nearly 2 hours to move me to a new room. No hot water for shower on one of the mornings.

Location was really good, ideal connections to m6 and rail, decor was modern and really blended in with its surroundings.

Only issues were soundproofing could be better can hear what’s going on outside and in adjacent rooms, bathroom could do with someone updating eg broken floor tile, mould on grouting etc, better quality mattress definitely felt the springs.

The breakfas was great value for money. Super choice and varied. Lovely quality food. All staff really helpful including reception staff. Location absolutely the best for being at the conference.

Loathed the air con that you needed a degree to understand. Walked into our room and it had been set to freezing!!!! Could not get the controls to set it to warn up to a temperature that was even normal. Had to call the reception staff. I bathtowel was very dirty, must have been missed by housekeeping staff. Loathe the static rain-shower, prefer a shower that can be adjusted for height and not have whole head under it.
