I booked this hotel because i needed to work whilst i was there and use the fitness centre. The free wifi signal in the room was too weak to connect, the one weights machine in the fitness centre was out of order and the one bench had a broke lever so was also of no use Very disappointed that the hotel can advertise facilities it does not provide. Ah, and the shower head sits at 6 foot. So if you are any taller you have to crouch

I arrived just before 9pm and was told I was ‘hotel stay of the day’ I was offered a free breakfast or a drink, so took up the offer of the breakfast I was also upgraded to a water suite room., and given a hot cookie!! It was a huge room with a separate bath situated in the room and two 50 inch TV’s!! It was such a lovely room, with comfortable pillows! Great breakfast and helpful staff Would highly recommend!!

I believe the hotel is undergoing major refurb but that aside the stay was comfortable. Breakfast options were quite good & so was the room hygiene and condition.

As per previous reviews lots of issues here. Tv and air on didn’t work. Was really warm. Room wasn’t cleaned that well without being awful. It was ok. Staff were nice enough but nowhere near Hilton standard. Left a day early
