Lovely stay. Plenty of space in rooms. Comfy beds. Small spa.

Near gondala. Big suite. Comfy big beds and cool sheets. Room service. Sauna, steam and warm pool.

enjoyable and definitely will come back and recommend this value for money hotel.

Honeycomb was the standout food product at breakfast. Very helpful staff all day around. A special mention to the man at the reception who speak very good English and helps you with everything you need, from luggage to parking and other useful advises. Compliments to the chef (nice food and big enough portions at dinner) and a big thanks to the waiter (the short man - sorry I didn't catch his name).

Maybe starting the breakfast at 8am and not a bit earlier and dinner shuts too early at 8pm. Also pillows too hard and two are too many for a single bed (maybe one big and one small would do better).

Location, the double bedroom apartment was very comfortable, great view to the mountains, very helpful and attentive staff! Plenty of necessary amenities around the hotel, like a food and drink shop, ski rental, restaurant, and a short proximity to the ski lift! Pet friendly hotel, which was important since we took our small dog with us for Christmas. The breakfast is plentiful with food for different tastes. Beds, pillows, linen TOP, making your sleep extremely pleasant.

Small things that did not bother but can be improved, since design and practicality do not always go hand in hand.

great accommodation in a great location

wonderful facilities and very large comfortable rooms. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, note you should ask for toast. the spa facilities were lovely and very reasonably priced.

as we were at the end of the ski season the breakfast on the last day was a la carte but options were limited and a rather peculiar interpretation of an English breakfast. that said I had the omelette which was lovely.

Enjoyable few days

Rooms were a good size and had plenty of storage, pool area was nice. Children's room was nice but it could do with a few more toys/colouring. Breakfast was nice but would have liked a toaster available didn't realise until the last day you could ask for toast.

Shower had a leak so bathroom floor got wet every time you used the shower. Spa only took cash no card payments.

We really enjoyed our stay, and have booked to return.

We booked an apartment for our stay, and it was just lovely. Good sized bedroom, comfortable bed, sitting room, and kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Nice patio accessible from both bedroom and sitting room. The spa facilities were fantastic and the therapist and spa receptionist were just excellent. Location was amazing, for the price. If there had been snow, we would be 40 yards from skiing to the gondola. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, which was varied and sufficient. Very close to some great evening restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful, and we have booked to go back again next January, and take our friends with us.

Very good price quality hotel, the best shuttle service and location.

Is our 4th time to Ores hotel and I think is the best quality price hotel from Bansko. Very good location, close to gondola even if you walk with kids :) Shuttle service to the gondola is great, they help you with a ride when you need or when you call reception. Big apartament with a lot of facilities, daily cleaning service and towels change. Nice pool, the water was cold in the first day but after I told them the pool water had 34 degrees :). They are open to help and solve any problems and this is a plus. In the rooms is very warm and nice. They have a big sauna that is very nice and well maintained.

They need to change the towels and sheets quality to be 5 stars hotel. The pillows are not very comfortable because the pillow cover is smaller then the pillow and this makes the pillow to tall and hard.

Good value for money, comfortable stay, nice staff, pool, massages, jacuzzi, shuttle to the gondola, free parking. Close to ski rentals and the gondola is 10 mins on foot.

Room could use some extra cleaning (dusty in the wardrobe, plastic bag over the fire alarm). Not a lot of options at their restaurant, especially if you have kids with allegies. The big bed is actually 2 small matresses put together. Makes it difficult for a kid to sleep in the middle.

good location & nice size room. PlayStation was a nice surprise for the kids. spa and indoor pool also good

no hot water for showering after a full day on the slopes. this happened 2 out of 4 nights stay (one being New Year’s Eve!). reported leaking plumbing which was never fixed during our stay. Stale croissants for breakfast on 3 of the 4 mornings.
