Room was very very large and well appointed. Cleaning every day. Swimming pool large and not crowded. Food really nice, plenty of food (even too much :) ) at dinner. Ski in ski out access. Parking next to hotel. Staff very helpful and responsive

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the gondolas.
The location is excellent, you can store your equipment and ski directly from the hotel.
The breakfast was tasty and of good quality.
The spa facilities are clean and well equipped.
It would have been nice to have a water boiler in the room, especially since tea bags were provided. Also, during our 4-night stay, some basic breakfast items (like butter or a variety of bread) were occasionally missing.
Saunas were not hot enough. And if you plan to visit gym, be prepared that it is not as well equipped.

Location is great.
The hotel is pretty dated, and most of the staff is pretty rude and/or slow. Front desk are alright, but bar staff is not. Breakfast is overbooked, you might find yourself without a table, begging other guests to sit with them. Staff at Restaurant with a la Carte (Lezzet) need 10min just to give you a menu, when 80% of the restaurant is empty. Overall quality of this hotel is equal to an okayish 3* and has nothing in common with 5* hotels.
