Nice place to stay for skiing in Bansko.

The staff was super nice. The spa center is clean and everything works perfectly. The food was good with lots of options. It's also close to the ski gondola.

No soap or shampoo in the bathroom, just shower gel. TV is not working. Getting to the restaurant and spa is a maze, so many doors and confusing signs. You can hear everything from the other apartment, and the balcony is shared between two apartments, so no privacy.

Okay for a short stay

The location is perfect and the rooms are spacious. We also had a nice and rich breakfast.

The cleanliness could have been better. Unfortunately when we got the room there were still hair from the previous guests on the floor behind the door. Also, we were promised a king bed and we just had 2 twin beds pushed together, creating an uncomfortable whole soot in the middle.

Worth for money for those who want to spend good winter holidays.

Location is perfect for skiers as it is a hop away from the gondola, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and well maintained, good breakfast, internet works everywhere and fast, all best restaurants are just behind corner as are all shops on the central street Pirin.

Finding close-by public parking can be a nuasance.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, Thomas the owner and manager was there to check the stay was good. Our room had two bedrooms and a lounge, and fridge, perfect for our family group. Spa was really good after a day on the mountain, great quality breakfast, perfect location 300m from the Gondola and right next to the ski equipment shops.

Nice hotel with good facilities in Bansko

Good position in town, less than 10 minutes walk from the Gondola. Good sized twin- bedded room . Good to be able to adjust heating settings. Good variety of hot and cold options at breakfast, with freshly made Belgian waffles available. Evening meals had good selection of salads, and reasonable selection of hot courses. The traditional Bulgarian food was very good. Desserts were less varied but nice. The Spa staff were very friendly and gave good massages.

Would be useful to have filtered water available at dinner as well as at breakfast, rather than having to buy bottled water. Reception staff were variable with their friendliness/ attitude.

Not good with handling issues

- Location is great - close to many restaurants and (working in in the summer) supermarkets, and walking distance to the lift. - Indoor pool is nice, pool staff were very helpful and friendly - Breakfast was ok

TLDR: - We were accommodated in a smaller room that we have initially booked without being compensated due to technical issue in the room - There was (loud) live music after 10PM on Friday night. We heard it quite well on the 4th floor with closed windows. - There is no AC in the rooms, in case you are visiting in the summer. Long story: There was a problem with the electricity in the room that we were initially accommodated. It turned out that the problem is not easily fixable (we didn't saw a professional to check it, but it looked like something that cannot be fixed with a click), so we were offered a smaller room. We explained that we have booked bigger room, as we are with a small kid, so another smaller than the initially booked room was offered. The explanation that we got was "we have initially upgraded your room, and the prices of this one and the one you booked are the same". Quick check of the website of the hotel showed that this is not true, but as we were past the dinner time of the kid, we decided that we don't have 40 more minutes to spend in the reception.

Very nice hotel rooms, location and stuff. Not so good policy for saving energy (money).

I like the location the most. Also, the rooms are very well equipped with everything that you need.

I didn't like their policy to turn off all the saunas and you have to announce 30 minutes before that you are going to use them. There are 3 saunas and one room with hotbeds. Of all of them, only one sauna was working. On the last day, even that didn't work. I went to the reception and they said that would turn on the sauna. They turn on after 40 minutes and the sauna needs 60 minutes to reach optimal heat. This wasn't good since nobody has time to wait almost 2 hours for a sauna. I understand that they want to save on energy but they can have at least one out of 4 saunas always ready.
