I travelled with my 3 adult children for their first time skiing and this hotel and bansko was just perfect all round....The hotel was excellent.. staff were very friendly helpful and attentive.. room was clean and tidy every day. Food was good and plentiful... location was perfect for ski and bars/ food (Just a two minute walk. Highly recommend for anyone going to Bansko. Thank you to all the staff and owners of Grami hotel

Breakfast and dinner are truly the best you can find in Bansko. The hotel has a very friendly and wonderful staff team. It’s within walking distance to the gondola, and all other places are very close as well.
The room comfort could have been a bit better. The triple room is somewhat small, which significantly limits the space to move around.

The location is great. The price is pretty low.
Poor water-flow in the shower, no dark curtains to block the sunlight, the staff aren’t the best in english. The walls are thin, the towels arent changed on a daily basis.
