Perfect place for a ski holiday, excellent location, food and lovely staff.

Location was perfect for getting to the slopes and walking around. It was nice and quiet, with a comfy bed, friendly staff and excellent food and plenty of it. There is plenty of hot water and the spa was great to warm up The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags whilst looking round on the last day.

The room was smaller than the pictures shown, it was difficult to dry very wet things e.g gloves. There is a ski room but no radiators/driers in the. It’s warm though. We booked a taxi through the hotel which was great however didn’t know we had to pay in cash. This would have been helpful to know in advance to be prepared.

Great family run hotel and it was a pleasure to come back to for the second time. It is located just under a 10 mins walk to the Gondola lift, so very convenient. The rooms and facilities are well maintained, clean, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The biggest highlight is the food. We opted for HB as we spent the main part of the day on the slopes, so I can only comment on breakfast and dinner. The food was varied, fresh, beautifully displayed and the owners were super kind on making a desert we really enjoyed last year after we mentioned it. What a great service and such hospitable people!

Fantastic location, food, staff, value for money. The hotel owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location for skiing, 5 min walk to gondola. Breakfast and dinner were divine!

Only slight issue was the beds were hard and no lift which was tricky when carrying large luggage. But it’s a small issue, the overall feel of the property was fantastic! Thank you!

Good value for money

Small but compact and comfortable room that has everything you need for a nice stay in Bansko. Warm outdoor and indoor pools (water temperature is 32 degrees). Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff.

Great place if you travel to visit local mountains (Pirin) or city monuments.

The following advantages: 1) Tasty food 2) Location is superb. Close to gondola station. 3) Staff is really friendly and always ready to help 4) Mountains view from the room

The following negative moments: 1) No hot water during some evenings (not sure why that happended. Probably because of old engineering system in the hotel and using SPA facility in parallel) 2) No shower curtain, so when you take a shower all bathroom floor is moist (in the water) and it is difficult to use (danger to slip and fall down)

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Opting for a half-board plan gave us flexibility during the day, and the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Though the outdoor spa and pool area was compact, it was beautifully maintained, with perfectly warm water—ideal for unwinding after mountain hikes. The wellness facilities included a sauna, salt and infrared rooms, and various massage options, which we made great use of during our stay. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge on each floor, offering views of the surrounding mountains. Evenings were spent watching movies on our laptop, winding down with a bit of family time. Having on-site and nearby street parking was a definite bonus for travelers arriving by car. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the town center, a pleasant stroll, and we found a few local shops and restaurants nearby. A bakery next door was unfortunately closed for the holidays—we would’ve loved to sample the local breads and sweets! One small thing to note: like many accommodations in Bulgaria, the hotel doesn’t have a lift. We had to carry our luggage up to the room—no big deal, though we were a bit loaded after two weeks of travel! Still, this was minor compared to all the positives. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of both the hotel and the Bansko area. It may have been the off-season, but for us, it was perfect. We explored nearby trails, including the Banderishki Lakes—an easy 3–4 hour hike with about 300m elevation gain—and also hiked to Pocovo Lake, which began with a scenic 30-minute chairlift ride. Both routes offered stunning views and are highly recommended. For the remaining days, we relaxed in a nearby mineral water bath and explored Bansko at a leisurely pace, ending our days with tranquil evenings by the pool. We truly had a superb experience and cherished every moment of our stay.

Cozy and hospitable family hotel, friendly staff and delicious food. We would love to visit again.

This is our second visit, location is perfect with a panorama view of the magnificent Vihren peak and Todorka ski slopes! Sadly it was a rainy week. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied. The spa area is small but comfortable and warm. Very convenient location next to the starting ski station.

We would prefer slightly bigger pillows, but that's a minor thing.

Very good stay just needed a bit more comfort in the room and to remove the sewer smell from the drain in the bathroom.

Cosy family property with lovely staff and excellent food and drinks. A 5 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants and the gondola.

The beds were not very comfortable due to the thickness of the mattress and there was a sewer smell from the bathroom. Also, the steam room didn’t seem to work in the relax centre and a bit too much chlorine in the pool.

Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. The staff will make you feel like friends and are very helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were great. Next time i will have to try the dinners too. They have secure parking and i look forward to returning.

Skying in Bulgaria!!!

Friendly staff, very spacious room, and family atmosphere. There is an indoor pool and sauna for the aftersky. Peter, the owner, is also the chef and believe me: we had the best dinner of our trip in this hotel!

Pool was terribly chlorated! Being there more than five minutes literally burned your eyes! 3 days people had nausea from this chlorated pool. My daughter also cut herself on the pool stairs...

The location is great. The price is pretty low.

Poor water-flow in the shower, no dark curtains to block the sunlight, the staff aren’t the best in english. The walls are thin, the towels arent changed on a daily basis.

Exceptional

This beautiful, well maintained, family run hotel delivered on so many levels. Fantastic room with a comfortable bed. Food was plentiful and traditional Bulgarian served up buffet style for breakfast and dinner. The spa facilities were an added bonus. We enjoyed a few trips to the sauna after a hard day's skiing. Exceptional place, would highly recommend - literally no complaints.

Bargain stay but more like a cheap hostel.

Great location and very reasonable.

It was more like a low budget hostel and ive stayed in better hostels. The place could be a gold mine with some simple changes. For example the bannister was badly covered in sticky-back plastic, very odd.

Our skiing trip to bansko

The location as it was in the centre of town yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The owners and staff especially to lady in reception was very friendly and helpful although her English was not to great. She always made sure we were ok. The food was great also with just one small complaint which was it was not hot enough when put out on the buffet style table. But there was a microwave at hand to warm things up.

There wasn't anything that I disliked, but the rooms although clean, were very basic and could have been a bit more modernised with coffee making facilities. But I have been told by the owners that they are in the process of refurbishment and have not reached the top floor yet.

Located central, near the ski lift. A lot of restaurants and shops near. Good breakfast. It has spa with pool and 2 type of sauna. Nice staff. Clean rooms. The cleaning lady comes every day.
