Everything besides the hotel...

Breakfast was awful, they could at least tried to heat up food from the day before. One of the rooms was cold, not to mention the hallways. Wifi only available in one room corner. Water heaters indicate having hot water, but actually only enough for a 3 minute shower, not what you'd want after a day out on the slopes. Rooms not as clean as expected, but OK enough not to make a big fuss about it. We didn't dare to try the spa having experienced the above.

Disappointing

The pool was closed and could not be used. Breakfast was bad, with few choices, vegetables were sliced the day before, the coffee machine was really old and the coffee bad. We were disappointed with the location.

The stay at the Four Leaf Clover Bansko was nice. Staff is GREAT, so polite, so helpful, but unfortunately there were one problem. WE HAVE A RESERVATION on apartment 74 m2, but we got small apartment, that the app. that we make on reservation.

Жената на рецепция беше страхотна, посрещна ни много любезно и внимателно.

За жалост жената на рецепция и факта , че беше топло бяха единствените хубави неща. Много лоша хигиена в банята имаше косми и някакви остатъци в сапунерката, много лошо състояние на мебелите. Тоалетната не беше чиста. Кърпите миришеха ужасно. Общо взето отврат. Надрано и захабено беше навсякъде.
