The stay was not that bad, as we stayed only two nights, definitely it is not a comeback for us ( we were a group of 3 f

The stuff were very helpful and at service. The food was not bad either.

The bathrooms were stinky, the smell was unbeatable. Not sure where the smell was coming from, but to my opinion something they have too look into.

Arrived Monday afternoon, skied for 3 days and left.

The staff was really eager to accomodate the guests. Upon my arrival I was informed that there is an issue with the transportation to the ski slopes. I was understandably disappointed. The next morning, to my pleasant surprise a staff member came at breakfast to tell me that the issue has been solved and a bus to the slopes is waiting for me (I was the only skiing guest at that time). My food preferences were more than satisfied and I was offered refreshments upon comining back from skiing. Thank you Божо, Коста and Иван and the young ladies at the reception desk whose names I neglected to ask.

It's worth it, only if you're in transit for 1 night.

The lady at the reception was very nice and kind. The cleanliness was ok... parking in front of the hotel.

The price is way too high for what this hotel offers. Old hotel, in need of urgent renovation, located in a not exactly ok area. The reception does not work non-stop... Poor breakfast, and the only dinner we had there, although better, we do not recommend it. Dark room, no air conditioning, outdated furniture.

We had a nice time

- Breakfasts and dinners with a wide selection of products, everything was fresh and tasty - Fridge and kettle in the room - amazing view - very nice staff - good location - warm water in the inside-pool, clean pools and saunas

- the furtniture and the design of the rooms were rather old, kinda 00' style - flooring in the inside pool needs replacement, same for the walls and the roof - there was quite a lot of mold around the jacuzzi and the rooftop window - water in the jacuzzi was too hot, also it smelled strangely (sth like plastic), not very pleasant experience in general - the coffee served in the restaurant was quite bad - the kids corner (or maybe I should call it a game area?) was rather sad, with a few machines that were switched off and quite old toys and games that were missing a lot of parts, the lay out of this room was also very strange - in general it looked heavy, sad and empty

Very nice hotel in bansko

Our room is in the fifth floor and has nice views. We enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast as it varies everyday. One of the highlights of our stay here in bansko is the 3-day massage package in this hotel after our long day hitting the ski slopes. The masseurs are so great, good looking, and very pleasant. An ultimate relaxation package for us. We had a great time during the new years eve celebration here as well, as they arranged a special dinner and event with singers and cultural dancers. If we'll be back in bansko Bulgaria, we'll choose to stay here again.

1.The stuff was 10/10 for sure!! Its very often to find kindly stuff personal in the hotel in Bansko. This hotel know how to keep that ! Good work ! 2.House keeping stuff was very polite and also they was doing excellent job in the rooms every day. 3.Heating in the hotel was exceptional good, you can whole stay be in T-Shirt.

1. The matress pillows was very low budget and very uncomfortable. If you have option please take your own matress pillow from your home you are living. 2. Coffee in the lobby bar was also very gross. It was smelling on old coffee stayed in the coffee machine plastic kanister. I dont recommend to order coffee. 3.little advise for the kitchen: I was staying for 5 dinner nights I havent seen chicken soup. Its winter and the people expecting to have that on the dinner nights. 2x green lentils soups, 3x white kidney beans soup....just no.... 4. The soft drinks from the maschine during breakfasts and dinners was also very cheap and veeeeery not drinkable... I really not recommend to drink them.

The massage services stated in the description and which were one of the reasons for choosing the hotel were not provided. I understand that it's not the season. however, there was an announcement about a non-working outdoor pool, but not about a massage. There were no slippers in the room. The spacious room needs repair: torn curtains, wallpaper in bubbles, sagging sofa and mattresses, peeling film on the door, the faucet in the bathroom almost fell on me (!) The most unpleasant thing was the black mold in the bathroom. If you just need to spend the night, the place is suitable. If you want to spend time directly at the hotel (spa, for example) there are much better options.

Everything was as described, great value for money ! Cleanliness was on high level. Among all great stuff, I would like especially to appoint Daniel who was at the service during our whole stay. I would just like to recommend to the hotel adding a bar on the swimming pool area !

Last resort hotel

balcony, “free” (after we paid for breakfast) bath + jacuzzi + sauna + steamer, smoking area in the balcony, hot water, not great but working free wi-fi, sometimes there’s free parking

They tried to claim we stole a cheap stinky towel they provided when we tried to leave, they didn’t give us 3 beds as they promised it would be ready, only 1 king sized bed and 1 back breaking sofa. the hotels soap, bath gel and shampoos all have a really bad smell, the view is in front of a construction site

We truly felt like home during our stay in Zara hotel. The room was clean and super comfy, the staff was very polite and eager to assist us, breakfast was delicious, and the overall hotel amenities were great. Highly recommended!

The location. Even though it is just 10’ walk from the city centre it gets pretty dark during the night time.

Very good

The staff was very good and very helpful. The food was also tasty and there is a long time window for each time of the day (breakfast / lunch / dinner). The room was small and cozy - perfect for someone who just wants some rest. There's a small lobby bar that worked up until midnight, which was convenient for a late drink.

We were left with the impression that everything was included in the booking price. (SPA and Pool) But upon checking in, we were informed that those extras were not included and we had booked only a room for 2 and that's pretty much it. We had to pay an additional fee for breakfast service in order to include the usage of SPA and Pool (so we were informed at reception). It wasn't that much - it was pretty much 30 euro or something for both people for both days of our stay. Nevertheless, it can confuse some people as they can be left with the impression that they have the SPA Centre and Pool usage included in their booking price, which was not the case this time. Better have a note stating this in Booking.

Great experience given the love and good energy that the staff gives you here.

Very good location, just 1km from the Gondola. The staff speaks Russian and English. Absolutely great value (maybe we were lucky given the absence of snow on the slopes). The room was cleaned daily with good look at details. Food was fresh and warm. I would like to exceptionally stand out a waitor by the name Yaroslav that showed exceptional love for his job, always helped us to find a good table to eat and was very helpful with extremely positive energy.. Out of all my says in 2022-2023 around the world, he was the best waitor.

I don't know why Booking has this property listed as ski door-to-door.. There is a shuttle sure to the Gondola but this is a misleading thing to say about this hotel. But I guess this is an issue on the side of Booking not the hotel.

Superb

Boshko is the best. Everything is great. Meals, service, sauna. Excluding a few things described in "didn't like".

There is no option to pay partly for breakfast option, which includes spa entry. We had one child Which never eats breakfast and also doesn't like spa at all. So we hadn't options and paid anyway for him for nothing . Jacuzzi water is not good , not clean, stinks.. We had only 2 of each for 4 people family
