Great location, great staff.

Location was amazing for both skiing and going out. (walking distance) Parking was important for us and it was reserved in front of the hotel. (6 eur per day) The staff was great, polite and welcoming. Room was great with nice balcony. The restaurant which is connected to the hotel (Veranda BBQ and Wine) has great food and you get discount.

It was shabby and worn out, the owners were rude, I just parked the car to unload my stuff and they meet me with - “you cannot park here”.

The staff was very nice, the location is close to the ski-lift (walking distance) and also close to the Old Town, so it s right in the “center” on the main street. Hotel is very clean, rooms have good storing space, it was very warm, all SPA facilities were working and breakfast was worth the money.

Overnight stay en route to Greece

Excellent location, couldn't be better. Got an upper floor room, no elevators (warning if you carry lots of suitcases). Good breakfast. Didn't use facilities.

Great value for money.

We liked the location, the staff, the breakfast. It was super clean, the hotel is a bit old but super clean.

We did not have a kettle in the room so we had to ask for it, no issue there they provided it right away. The pool area is missing a water dispenser in my opinion, would be great to have that as you need to stay hidrated while using pool/sauna/jaccuzi.

A nice choice for a one-night sleepover

The place is small and nicely positioned. It was clean. There is a parking available but you need to book in advance. We were lucky to have a spot in the street right in front of the hotel. We didn't have the chance to visit the spa, but it did look nice in the photos.

The room was in the attic, and it didn't have a real window, but only a small triangular opening. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the top floor is 3rd, so with more bagage it can be difficult.

Very clean and well cared for rooms. Incredible spa facilities that can be used free of charge - perfect for post-skiing recharge. Superb location.

Rooms got incredibly hot, even with all the radiators turned off. Breakfast could have some more options for the slightly fussier eater - maybe some cereal and smooth yoghurts would make it much nicer.

Overall, very satisfied with the hotel for its price, as it was pretty clean and quiet.

We were at an apartment suite with two separate small apartments and there could have been air conditioning, as it could get quite hot. There could have been more places to put your belongings and also another fridge.

A great place for people with pets.

I particularly like that my pets are welcome. That is the main reason why I have stayed at Kap House and will continue to do so. I hurt my ankle, and the jacuzzi and swimming pool provided much appreciated therapy.

Parking can be a problem, especially when there are many guests.

Perfect stay in Bansko!

We loved our stay, it was perfect! The room was big, bed super comfortable and the view from our room priceless. It was great to wake up every morning and look at the mountains. Location of the hotel is also really good, short distance from the gondola and good restaurants within 1 to 3 minutes walking. They also have a room to store ski/snowboarding equipment, with a nice device to dry the boots. The best part was the spa, with warm water pool, sauna and jacuzzi, we used it every day after snowboarding. Hotel staff was also really attentions, we for sure recommend it!

great locations to bars and restaurants, short 5 min walk to gondola lift. Staff helpful and friendly. breakfast is basic continental but plentiful and covers most of needs, no shortages. I would definitely stay in the Kap house again and would strongly recommend it to my family and friends.

Main street, short walk from gondola, very nice room, more than exepted for the price and location. The breakfast is simple "all you need" before ski day, good and cheap Exeptional staff, hot sauna for afterski... I plan to return next winter

the location is nice, close to the gondola - you can even walk if you want. parking was really convinient in front of the building for a small fee. i really enjoyed the location as it is very lively but quite inside no issues. Room is very warm. i did not try the spa facilities, so won’t comment on that.

Great experience. A favourite place in Bansko during the winter.

It was a very enjoyable experience and I am very satisfied with my stay at this great place. About the room - cosy, warm, comfy The size of it was pretty good it was a really big room. The bathroom was comfortable and warm with a shower cabin. The bed was big and soft. There was a nice couch. There is a working fridge. About the staff - friendly, caring and nice We had a great welcome. Lovely cat. They were friendly and helped us by giving us some good pieces of advice about nightlife. We like to make our tea for the day and they provided an electric kettle for our room. About the spa - good for ending an intense skiing day Good sauna, usually a warm jacuzzi, good pool. It was just enough. I was dreaming about it during the hard weather on the top of the mountain. About the restaurant/breakfast I liked the breakfast. Every day there were different options. Good thing it starts at 7:30. We made it just in time for the gondola lift. For dinner we enjoyed the restaurant, we also had a 10% discount as clients of the hotel. It is a nice traditional restaurant with a friendly staff, good background music, and big portions. About other facilities There is room to leave your ski equipment (ski, poles, shoes) - free of charge. About the location - perfect A short walk from everything around, including the gondola lift. It is on the same main street.

About room The view from the first floor is not that good, not a big deal for me. About spa It closes at 20:00, I would have enjoyed one more hour. ;) About breakfast We didn't like the juices.

Perfect location, the value for the money is really good. The stay includes spa, warm pool, sauna... the staff is very kind and lovely.

We were at the 3rd floor, without an elevator. It wasn't comfortable but still worth it.
