The price was very good, the lady at the front desk was nice and helped when we needed to call a taxi or help with facilities in our room. The area is nice and you can see the mountains. Our room had a kettle and tea and snacks and there is candy at the front desk ;)
(Note that we came in the summer, so the prices would likely be higher in the winter due to the ski season)
The furniture was a little old and worn out (mattress was fine though), our room was in the basement so it was a little dark, also there was a heater but not AC. The shower was a little broken but still worked. Also keep in mind the area around the hotel is pretty touristy and expensive.

The proximity to Bansko central and the gondola is excellent. Very clean, great value and helpful staff.
