We came to Bansko for a ski holiday as a mixed group of six people.

We came to Bansko for a ski holiday as a mixed group of six people. The location of the house is very central, within walking distance of all restaurants, markets, and places to visit. As a group, we had a very enjoyable stay. In fact, during our trip we had dinner at home on two evenings, and on one of those nights we had a barbecue. Because restaurant prices in Bansko have increased and the food quality hasn’t improved at the same rate, having these facilities at the house was extremely valuable for us. Our host was also very supportive in every way, answered all our questions, and took care of our needs. Therefore, I highly recommend this place and the host to all guests who plan to visit Bansko.

The house is about an 8–9 minute walk to the gondola. For people like me who carry their own skis and ski boots, this walk feels a bit long. We left our car every morning either in the parking lot right in front of the gondola (9 euros per day) or directly at the upper gondola station parking lot, which costs 13 euros per day. So the distance was not an issue for us. If you’re renting your skis from somewhere around the gondola, this won’t be a problem anyway. With regular sneakers, you can walk to the gondola quickly and easily.

Wifi is not always available, I think some of the furnitures require repair like sofa bed and the matresses are too soft you can turn if you want to do it sleeping as you fall in the bed

The house is spacious and stylishly furnished. You have a lot of space, everything is really available. A good place to spend a nice holiday with 6 people.

One should be careful with small children because the stairs upstairs start right next to the bathroom, and the stair gate upstairs is also too wide. Small children can fall. Only one room has a closet, I would have preferred not to store my clothes on the floor. One room is extremely brightly lit by the lantern at night. The landlord wants to take care of a blackout.

Exceptionally clean house in Bansko

The house has been exceptionally clean. In fact, we have never stayed in such a clean property before. Also, the property is very specious. In addition, it has 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with shower which is very rare.

A minor complaint - the kitchen is equiped with various amenities, but it lacks microwave oven which would be very useful for quick warming of milk. A little bit trickier to find as in the Google Maps it is shown about 20 m up the street.

this is very nice studio, everything is there, i love shabby chic style kitchen is super well equipped everything was clean and brand new location is perfect 5 mins walk to gondola this is the best stay in Bansko

wi-fi somethimes the signal is slowing and you cannot Watch movies with No disruption on YouTube and Netflix

Enjoyable and good!

The apartment was nice, clean and well equipped. It is a separate apartment - the lower part of a house. Located close to the Gondola - 5 mins walk. The apartment is better for 2 people.

Recommendation to the owner - I would extend the shower glass to avoid water wetting the bathroom and requiring dealing with the water after every shower.
