Super Location

We stayed here for two weeks in a spacious one bedroom apartment, it served out needs well, we were able to prepare simple breakfast and dinners with the two hobs. Communication was very good through WhatsApp as we extended our stay. The location can't be beaten for ski-ing, a quite street just off the main street with all bars and restaurants. The most important facility for us was the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room after a long day on the slopes. We will be back..

Overrated, worth paying more for a different place.

- Close to city center and gondola - Nice staff, they are open to help you, offered to change our room for free because the internet wasn't working in the initial one. - Beds are ok - It's good that you can park inside, makes things easier.

- Leaky bathroom, the floor will be wet all the time, can't be avoided. - Old furniture & worn down sofas. - Some items broken or not working like nightstand handles that can hurt you - Boiler temperature can cause severe burns if you mistakenly move it 1mm more to the left while you shower - Sound insulation is non-existant, both inside the rooms and outside. In most rooms you can clearly hear your neighbours and the hall as if people were inside your room. - Because of above, there is no bathroom privacy, you can literally hear everything that's going on in the bathroom from anywhere inside the units. - Shower cabin has mold, i don't think that's healthy or would be approved sanitation wise. They need to ditch cabins and start building walk-ins.

Great value for money

Property is located just couple of minutes from the centre of Bansko. There are spa facilities which might be used by the guests all day long. The room is spacious.

The rooms need some renovation. They dont have a full day Reception which might be a problem for someone However, the lady is replying quick so it is not a big deal.

Great apartment with only a few minutes walk to the center and the ski area. Owner very friendly and helpful.

I did not like that they had no airconditioner. I was there in July and it's hot. The owner showed up with a fan after I complained but they really should have an airconditioner. That's However my only complaint. Other than this apartment is very nice, clean good location and I would happily stay there again.

Nice property, centrally located, quite, with easy parking. Our room was very nice and quite large, with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. The mountain view was also very nice. There was a small SPA facility, free of charge.

The SPA wasn't always available (maybe because the hotel wasn't full through our stay) and you had to ask for preparing it, which was not always convenient. No other problem with our stay!

The staff was very nice, the spa as well, the apartment was spacious and the check in was flexible.

The bed was a bit uncomfy. There is virtually no sound isolation. Also only one cup in a 2 room apartment?! Definitely needs some more cutlery.

The room was perfect. Very clean and warm, near the ski area and shops. The receptionist was very kind and she helped as with the baby coat. We loved the spa and the kids playground. Thank you for the perfect stay.
