Great atmosphere!

Great atmosphere, the staff were informative and helpful with smiley faces. The room was comfortable and clean and the Hotel location superb! Breakfast was plenty and varied too! I will visit again!

Great location for skiing

Great location, short 6 minute walk to the gondola. Veronika who manages the hotel was very accommodating and helpful with all things Bansko. Try their taverna in the old town.

Amazing staff and great location

Veronika and all staff were exceptional! We had a lovely 4 night stay, breakfast was amazing, staff were very helpful and they made us breakfast for our departure day as we left very early! Location to gondola was perfect too. Would 100% recommend!!

Totally recommend

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The host helped us with all of our requests and had organized everything for us. Location is a big plus, just near everything you need in Bansko, walking distance to the gondola station, really close by supermarkets and restaurants. Totally recommend!

Nice hotel with super friendly host

Enjoyed our stay. Veronika was really helpful and kind. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. Close to the gondola and equipment rental. And close to enough restaurants. Recommended for a stay. Next time when visiting Bansko we will definitely book this hotel again.

Amazing people

It is a family hotel and the owner was very friendly, nice. We only passed for one night through Bansko but when we will come back for sure we will stay here.

A very pleasant experience

The host was very nice and communicative. The room was great and clean. We had a very good rest before our departure to Greece. We will surely come back again to visit Bansko for more days as it is definitely worth it.

The host is awesome! The hotel is in a very good position, approx 5 minutes to the gondola. The rooms were cosy, warm and clean.

Pleasant stay

The room was spacious and everything spotless clean. Single beds were comfortable although the extra bed for our son was not so much. Veronika was very helpful. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel. Location is perfect, close to Gondola and also to city centre.

The extra bed of our son was a bit uncomfortable. Towels are not changed every day and I suggest that this is communicated to the guests beforehand to manage expectations. The fact that there is no lift, hence having to climb 3 flights of stairs every time we needed to go to our room is a drawback.

The hotel is very close to the gondola and the busiest Bansko area. It has a private parking. The hosts are nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious enough.

Bariakov, perfect choice. From now on, I am always their guest when I am in Bansko. Location, peace, view, service, everything is perfect. Veronika and Monika are real housewives and always at your service.

Fair price, poor conditions.

The staff, very nice, polite and helpful. They gave us suggestions for places to eat and see. The hotel is located close to the city centre, and Bansko Sky Lift area.

The rooms, smelled old, they are still using floor carpets, which i believe are part of the smell issue. The bathroom, the shower drain was directly on the bathroom floor, Old furniture. Bed mattress was like a carved stone, pillow the same. Poor, very poor quality breakfast.
