Basic but super clean and affordable

The hotel and the rooms are super clean although it is quite basic which is expected from the affordable price. It is a family hotel and the owners are there to help you anything you might need for an extra cost. Very helpful the fact that they can drive you up to the mountain for an extra cost.

Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful Hosts.

Breakfast was lovely and always had a hot option. Coffee will put hairs oon your chest! The hosts will take you to the ski hire shop, then by pass the Gondola queue to a lift some way past midstation for 50 LEV and takes a lot of sweat off your day!

The family that run the hotel - Marin, Marianne and Ronin could not have been better hosts and made our stay awesome. The hotel was spotless and you could really telll that it was a family business. not just a faceless corporate chain

Good location, great hospitality and friendly staff

Staff was completely friendly and helpful. They always tried to help if I need anything. There was a sauna in the hotel, I couldn't use this time but next time I will try. Breakfast was really delicious. I strongly recommend this place.

Would definitely stay again, very good value and only a 10min walk to main ski hire/gondola.

Rooms were a good size and some of them had 2 bathrooms, one on each level.

Breakfast was very poor. I missed scrambled eggs and more veriety of food overall. The owners there sitting all the time in the lobby so there was unconfitable to spend you time there.

Good location about 10-15 minutes walk to the gondola. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms very spacious and warm, would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant

We booked two appartments for 21€ via booking. When we arrived the owner of the hotel told us that the rooms are not available and we have to cancel the reservation. I told her that the reservation is non- reimbursable, she replies that she does not care and we should leave. After a long discussion we asked her if we can get a standard double room for this price, she told us we can get two twin rooms only. Although we were the only guests and the standard double rooms were available. We were quite tired and did not want to search for another hotel so we stayed. There was apparently a problem with the prices on the booking.com portal and the appartments initially booked should have had a higher price ( 42€). The issue with the portal is annoying, but she could have explained it and we would understand. But she was very rude to us.

Вежлив персонал, удобни легла, добра локация близо до централната пешеходна улица, наличието на собствен паркинг е голямо предимство в изключително трудна зона за паркиране.

Хотела е по-остарял и амортизиран, дизайна на интериора му е от преди 20 г., дръжките и парапетите в мезонета са износени (хлабави) и остават в ръцете ти при употребата им. Закуската беше срещу доплащаше, като не си стуваше цената, най-обикновена и нездравословна. Като цяло цената е малко по-завишена спрямо стандарта на хотела.
