All in all I was happy to stay there because the price/value was good and the room, bathroom and balcony made me hap

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Sheets, towels, everything was clean. The location is good, room had a balcony and the view was great.

There is noone to talk face to face or to call, just whatsapp messages and QR code to enter the hotel and your room. And sometimes it can take 10 minutes to make the QR code work! I had to be extra careful and anxious because I travelled solo as a woman. One time when I called at midnight bec I simply could not get in the hotel I was out in the street next to a smoky Bulgarian casino, noone picked up and noone answered on whatsapp messages either! There is a casino downstairs (separate from the hotel) and the young guys from the casino help you out just a little (only during the day). I had a big suitcase and I had already asked about an elevator and the hotel had confirmed bec my room was on the 4th floor. However, when I came to the hotel this guy to welcome me said there is no elevator then I showed him the messages and he got embarrassed and showed me the elevator(!?) at the end of the very long corridor… so there was one but for some reason he did not want me to use it?! There was constant sound of dropping water in the corridor from the heating system and they did not take care of it, it just kept dripping although I informed them…

They giving alredy booked room.

When I came to open my door there was guest alredy inside and I catch them on the middle how they make love... and I show to them the confirmation and the WhatsApp message with QR code from the room door and they say gone call the costumer service but. When the costumer service send you alredy booked room is totally pointless. So never ever again.

For this money it’s ok !

If you are looking for budget option for your travel it’s a fair option. The water was mostly cold and took a bit to become WARM and not even hot. Also they can look a bit more for a better option regarding the heating at all. But still the location is key so it’s more that fair for that price. Also the personnel is really kind.

Миризмата по коридорите е на цигарени дим и някакъв препарат, не прави добро впечатление. Имаше паяжина на някои врати/ прозорци на Стаята, смених ме стая с тераса, по която имаше паяжина, на балканската врата. Ваната не работеше, крушка изгоря на една от нощните лампи,но не ния смениха, въпреки че казахме на рецепцията.
