Clean and warm room, with very nice hosts, always doing their best to support with our queries.
We had where to park the car, free of charge.
The guest house is 12 minutes walking distance from the gondola station.
Very good value for the money.
The only improvement I would make is the bathroom setup: when you shower, the whole bathroom is flooded, as the shower is not delimited by the rest of the bathroom. The water is completely drained in a couple of hours, but it is not very pleasant until then.

excellent value for money staff were excellent and very friendly changed sheets/towels regular, very friendly excellent value for money only 5 min walk from all necessities and had lovely balcony would stay again.
